Claims (8)
- 제1합성수지(2)와, 상기 제1 합성수지(2) 내에 갇힌 형상으로 구성되는 기능성 레이어(3)를 구비하며, 상기 기능성 레이어(3)는 도즈(1)의 부피 중에서 20% 이하를 차지하며, 압축 몰딩에 의하여 멀티 레이어 물체를 구현하기 위한 대칭 축을 갖는 멀티레이어 도즈(dose)(1)에 있어서,상기 기능성 레이어(3)는 대칭 축을 중심으로 회전하는 바디부의 쉘을 구성하며, 상기 기능성 레이어(3)로부터 대칭 축까지의 거리는 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 레이어 도즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,비율(Rmin-R0)/(Rmax-R0)은 0.8 이하이며, Rmax 및 Rmin은 각기 기능성 레이어(3)로부터 대칭 축까지의 거리를 각각 나타내며, 그리고 R0는 대칭 축을 중심으로 형성된 오리피스의 반경을 나타내며, 여기서 R0의 값은 0≤R0≤Rmin의 관계를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 레이어 도즈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,기능성 레이어(3) 그 자체가 멀티 레이어 구조(3a, 3b, 3c)를 구성하며, 상기 멀티 레이어 구조는 접착성 레이어(3b, 3c)로 되는 두 개의 레이어 사이에 갇힌 형상으로 구성되는 베리어 레이어(3a)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 레이어 도즈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 멀티 레이어 도즈(1)는 복수개의 기능성 레이어를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 레이어 도즈.
- 대칭 축을 갖는 멀티 레이어 도즈(1)의 압축 몰딩에 의하여 만들어지는 멀티 레이어 물체에서, 상기 도즈(1)는 제1 합성 수지(2)와, 상기 제1 합성 수지(2) 내에 갇힌 형상으로 구성되는 기능성 레이어(3)로 구성되며, 상기 기능성 레이어(3)는 도즈(1)의 부피 중에서 20% 이하를 차지하며, 상기 기능성 레이어(3)는 도즈(1)의 대칭 축을 중심으로 회전하는 바디부의 쉘을 구성하며, 그리고 상기 기능성 레이어(3)로부터 대칭 축까지의 거리는 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티 레이어 물체.
- 비대칭 멀티 레이어 도즈의 생산을 위한 공정은 기능성 레이어(3)로부터 도즈(1)의 대칭 축까지의 거리가 가변되는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 공정은 용융 상태의 수지로 만들어지는 멀티 레이어 로드 또는 튜브를 공압출하는 단계와; 용융 상태의 상기 로드 또는 튜브를 주기적으로 절단하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 공정에서, 최소한 한 개의 레이어의 흐름 속도가 주기적으로 변하며, 상기 흐름 속도의 주기성은 상기 절단의 주기성과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 멀티 레이어 도즈의 생산 공정.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,두 개의 레이어의 흐름 속도는 주기적으로 변하며 그리고 반대위상(in phase opposition)인 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 멀티 레이어 도즈의 생산 공정.
- 비대칭 멀티 레이어 도즈의 생산을 위한 공정은 기능성 레이어(3)로부터 도즈(1)의 대칭 축까지의 거리가 변하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 공정은 용융 상태의 복수개의 수지(2, 3)를 금형의 케비티 내로 주입하는 단계와, 상기 수지 중에서 최소한 한 개의 수지는 기능성 수지(3)이며, 그리고 상기 기능성 수지(3)의 주입이 실시되고 난 이후에, 최소한 한 개의 수지(2)가 주입되며, 그리고 용융 상태의 도즈(1)를 상기 금형의 케비티로부터 배출 시키는 단계와, 상기 케비티의 부피를 주입된 수지의 부피에 비례하여 변화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 멀티 레이어 도즈의 생산 공정.
