- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 단량체 (b) 의 CH2=CR1-G-(R2O)q-R3 에 있어서, G 가 -COO(CH2)r- (r 은 0 ~ 4 의 정수) 이고, R2 가 탄소 원자수 2 ~ 4 의 알킬렌기, q 가 1 ~ 30 의 정수, R3 이 아크릴로일기 또는 메타크릴로일기인, 내수 내유제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 단량체 (c) 의 CH2=CR4-M-Q-NR5R6 또는 CH2=CR4-M-Q-N(O)R5R6 에 있어서, M 이 -COO- 이고, Q 가 탄소 원자수 2 ~ 4 의 알킬렌기이고, R5, R6 이 탄소 원자수 1 ~ 8 의 알킬기인, 내수 내유제 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 불소 함유 공중합체가, 하기 중합 개시제 (e) 를 사용하여 중합된 불소 함유 공중합체인 내수 내유제 조성물.중합 개시제 (e): 아조 화합물 또는 아조아미딘 화합물로서, 그 화합물 또는 그 분해물의, 래트 또는 마우스에 있어서의 급성 경구 독성이 1000mg/kg 이상이고, 10 시간 반감기 온도가 30℃ 이상인 화합물.
