Claims (10)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 메티오닌의 제조방법:(a) 탄산칼륨, 중탄산칼륨 및 수산화칼륨으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 5-(β-메틸메르캅토에틸)히단토인을 함유하는 용액에 첨가시켜 5-(β-메틸메르캅토에틸)히단토인을 가수분해하여, 메티오닌을 함유하는 용액을 수득하는 단계;(b) 메티오닌을 함유하는 상기 용액을 이산화탄소로 포화시켜 메티오닌을 침전시키고, 제 1 여과액을 남기면서 상기 침전된 메티오닌을 분리하는 단계;(c) 상기 제 1 여과액을 제 1 부분 및 제 2 부분을 나누어 제 1 부분을 단계 (a) 로 반환하고, 제 2 부분은 단계 (d) 로 이동시키는 단계;(d) 상기 제 1 여과액의 제 2 부분을 200℃ 내지 280℃ 의 온도에서 200 초 미만 동안 충분한 압력에서 가열하여 가열 처리된 여과액을 수득하고, 상기 가열 처리된 여과액을 이산화탄소로 포화시켜 메티오닌 및 중탄산칼륨을 침전시키고, 제 2 여과액을 남기면서 침전된 메티오닌 및 중탄산칼륨을 분리하는 단계; 및(e) 제 2 여과액을 방출하거나, 이것을 단계 (a) 로 반환하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 210℃ 내지 280℃ 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 온도는 220℃ 내지 280℃ 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 220℃ 내지 260℃ 인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,체류 시간이 20 내지 200 초인 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 체류 시간이 20 내지 100 초인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (d) 가 사용 온도에서 물의 증기압 초과의 압력으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (d) 에서 사용된 출발물질이 제 1 여과액의 제 2 부분인 메티오닌 모액인 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 여과액의 제 2 부분이 90 내지 160 g/ℓ의 칼륨, 30 내지 100 g/ℓ 의 메티오닌, 및 5 내지 60 g/ℓ의 메티오닐-메티오닌을 함유하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단계 (d) 가 추가의 용매의 비존재 하에서 수행되는 방법.
