- 올메사탄 메독소밀;
알칼리화제인 탄산수소나트륨; 및
히드록시프로필셀룰로오스 및 포비돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 용출율이 향상된 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리화제는 올메사탄 메독소밀 1 중량부에 대하여 0.005 ~ 1.0 중량부인 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 약제학적 허용가능한 부형제가 추가로 포함되는 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 약제학적 허용가능한 부형제는 올메사탄 메독소밀 1 중량부에 대하여 2.5 ~ 10.0 중량부인 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 조성물.
- 올메사탄 메독소밀;
알칼리화제인 탄산수소나트륨; 및
히드록시프로필셀룰로오스 및 포비돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 용출율이 향상된 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 정제.

- 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스 및 포비돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수용성 고분자를 용매에 용해시켜 용해물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 용해물에 올메사탄 메독소밀 및 알칼리화제인 탄산수소나트륨을 혼합하는 단계
를 포함하는 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 정제의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물, 에탄올, 이소프로필알코올, 메틸렌클로라이드 및 아세톤으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 고혈압 예방 또는 치료용 정제의 제조방법.
