Claims (2)
- 하기 화학식 (Ⅶ) 화합물을 하기 화학식 (Ⅷ) 화합물과 톨루엔 또는 메틸이소부틸케톤 중에서 선택된 유기용매 및 소디움카보네이트의 산수용체 존재하 80-140 ℃에서 축합반응 시켜 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ) 화합물을 얻고, 얻은 (Ⅲ) 화합물의 보호기 (R)이 벤질인 경우 접촉환원 반응시키거나 보호기 (R)이 아세틸 또는 벤조일인 경우 염산 또는 황산 중에서 선택된 무기산의 산수용액 중에서 가수분해시켜 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ) 화합물의 보호기 (R)을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 하기 화학식 (Ⅱ) 화합물의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R은 아세틸, 벤조일, 벤질기이며,X는 할로겐 즉 불소, 염소, 취소, 요오드이다.
- 하기 화학식 (Ⅶ) 화합물의 라세믹 화합물 (Ⅶ') 화합물을 할로겐 화합물과 반응시켜 화합물 (Ⅸ)을 얻고, 얻은 (Ⅸ) 화합물을 하기 화학식 (Ⅷ) 화합물과 톨루엔 또는 메틸이소부틸케톤 중에서 선택된 유기용매 및 소디움카보네이트의 산수용체 존재하 80-140 ℃에서 축합 반응시켜 하기 화학식 (Ⅲ)의 라세믹 화합물을 얻은 다음,얻어진 (±)-4-[(4-클로로페닐)-2-피리딜 메톡시]피페리딘-1-일-R(Ⅲ) 혼합물을 광학 활성 분리제로 R-(-)-10-캄포설폰산 또는 (-)-디벤조일 타르타릭산을 이용하여 라세믹체 혼합물 중에서 (S)체만을 광학 분리를 한 후, 얻은 (Ⅲ) 화합물의 보호기 (R)이 벤질인 경우 접촉환원 반응시키거나 보호기 (R)이 아세틸 또는 벤조일인 경우 염산 또는 황산 중에서 선택된 무기산의 산수용액 중에서 가수분해시켜 보호기 (R)을 제거하는 구조식 (Ⅱ) 화합물의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R은 아세틸, 벤조일기, 벤질기 등의 아미노 보호기이고, X는 하이드록실기이다.
