Abstract
연강 또는 고장력강으로 이루어지는 강판의 용접에 사용되고, 강제 외피 내에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어지는 플럭스 내장 와이어이며, 와이어 전체 질량에 대한 플럭스 충전율이 10 내지 25질량%이고, 와이어 전체 질량에 대해, C:0.02 내지 0.10질량%, Si:0.05 내지 1.50질량%, Mn:1.7 내지 4.0질량%, Ti:0.05 내지 1.00질량%, TiO2:5.0 내지 8.0질량%, Al:0.20 내지 1.50질량%, Al2O3:0.05 내지 1.0질량%, Mg:0.3 내지 2.0질량%, N:0.005 내지 0.035질량%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)
- 연강 또는 고장력강으로 이루어지는 강판의 용접에 사용되고, 강제 외피 내에 플럭스를 충전하여 이루어지는 플럭스 내장 와이어이며,
와이어 전체 질량에 대한 플럭스 충전율이 10 내지 25질량%이고,
와이어 전체 질량에 대해,
C:0.02 내지 0.10질량%,
Si:0.05 내지 1.50질량%,
Mn:1.7 내지 4.0질량%,
Ti:0.05 내지 1.00질량%,
TiO2:5.0 내지 8.0질량%,
Al:0.20 내지 1.50질량%,
Al2O3:0.05 내지 1.0질량%,
Mg:0.3 내지 2.0질량%,
N:0.005 내지 0.035질량%를 함유하고, 잔량부가 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 플럭스 내장 와이어.
