Claims (10)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지 30 ~ 60 중량%;폴리에틸렌 수지 1 ~ 10 중량%;고무 수지 10 ~ 40 중량%;나노클레이 마스터배치 4 ~ 20 중량%; 및글래스 버블 마스터배치 10 ~ 30 중량%;를 포함하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물로서,상기 나노클레이 마스터배치는,무수말레산 그라프트 폴리프로필렌 20 ~ 30 중량%;나노클레이 30 ~ 50 중량%; 및폴리에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머 30~ 40 중량%;을 특징으로 하고,상기 글래스버블 마스터배치는폴리프로필렌 50 ~ 90 중량%; 및글래스 버블이 10 ~ 50중량%;을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 평균분자량이 50,000 ~ 300,000 이며, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌-프로필렌 코폴리머 및 폴리프로필렌-부타디엔 코폴리머 중에서 선택한 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 수지는, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 중에서 선택한 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 수지는 폴리에틸렌-옥텐 코폴리머, 폴리에틸렌-부틸렌 코폴리머 및 EPDM(ethylene propylene diene Monomer) 중에서 선택한 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 글래스 버블의 크기는 10 ~ 300 ㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 TPO 나노복합재 조성물을 포함하는 무도장 자동차 외장재.
- 제 1 항에서 상기 글래스 버블 마스터배치가 사이드 피딩 방식에 의해 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 TPO 나노복합재.
