Claims (5)
- 초임계유체 시스템에 의하여 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체를 제조함에 있어서,키토산 용액에 고추 올레오레진캡시컴과 유화제를 첨가하여 유화액을 만들고,초임계 이산화탄소를 상기 유화액에 가하여 초임계 이산화탄소 포화상태를 50-70℃의 온도 및 4,000-6,000 psi의 조건에서 RESS(rapid expansion of supercritical solution) 공정을 1시간 동안 적용하는 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체의 제조방법.
- 초임계유체 시스템에 의하여 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체를 제조함에 있어서,키토산 용액에 고추 올레오레진캡시컴과 유화제를 첨가하여 유화액을 만들고,초임계 이산화탄소를 상기 유화액에 가하여 초임계 이산화탄소 포화상태를50-60℃의 온도범위 및 6000psi 이상의 조건에서 RESS(rapid expansion of supercritical solution) 공정을 1시간 동안 적용하는 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체의 제조방법.
- 초임계유체 시스템에 의하여 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체를 제조함에 있어서,키토산 용액에 고추 올레오레진캡시컴과 유화제를 첨가하여 유화액을 만들고,초임계 이산화탄소를 상기 유화액에 가하여 초임계 이산화탄소 포화상태를 70℃의 온도 및 4,000psi 이상의 조건에서 RESS(rapid expansion of supercritical solution) 공정을 15분 이상 적용하는 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 유화제는 올레인산임을 특징으로하는 고추 올레오레진캡시컴 나노체의 제조방법.
