Claims (7)
- 투명기판;상기 투명기판 상에 형성되고, 제1 절단면을 가지는 하부투명전극층;상기 하부투명전극층 상에 형성되어 입사되는 광을 전기로 변환시키는 광전변환층;상기 광전변환층 상에 형성되는 제1 상부 투명전극층;상기 광전변환층과 상기 제1 상부 투명전극층을 동시에 관통하고, 상기 제1 절단면과 다른 위치에 형성되는 제2 절단면;상기 제1 상부 투명전극층과 상기 제2 절단면 내부에 형성되는 제2 상부투명전극층; 및상기 제2 상부 투명전극층 상에 형성되는 후면전극을 포함하고,상기 후면전극은 상기 제2 절단면 내부까지 채워지는 박막형 태양전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 상부 투명전극층은 상기 제2 상부 투명전극층과 동일한 재질을 포함하는 박막형 태양전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 상부 투명전극층은 금속산화물을 포함하는 박막형 태양전지.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 금속산화물은 SnO2, ZnO 및 ITO 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 박막형 태양전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,제1 상부 투명전극층은 알루미늄(Al) 또는 철(Fe) 등의 불순물이 혼합되는 박막형 태양전지.
- 투명기판 상에 하부 투명전극층을 형성하고 제1 절단면을 패터닝하는 단계;상기 하부투명전극층 상에 광전변환층을 형성하는 단계;상기 광전변환층 상에 제1 상부 투명전극층을 형성하는 단계;상기 광전변환층과 상기 제1 상부 투명전극층을 동시에 관통하고, 상기 제1 절단면과 다른 위치에 제2 절단면을 패터닝하는 단계;상기 제1 상부 투명전극층과 상기 제2 절단면 내부에 제2 상부 투명전극층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제2 상부 투명전극층 상에 후면전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 후면전극은 상기 제2 절단면 내부까지 채워지는 박막형 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 절단면 또는 상기 제2 절단면은 레이저 스크라이빙법을 이용하여 패터닝하는 박막형 태양전지 제조방법.
