- 제1항에 있어서,상기 습열겔화수지가 에틸렌-비닐알코올 공중합수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필러의 평균입경이 0.01~100㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유.
- 섬유와, 그 표면의 바인더 수지와, 상기 바인더 수지에 고착된 필러를 포함하는 필러고착 섬유를 함유하는 섬유 구조물로서,상기 바인더 수지는 수분 존재하에서 가열함으로써 겔화하는 습열겔화수지이고,상기 필러는 상기 습열겔화수지가 스팀처리에 의해 겔화한 겔화물에 의해 상기 섬유 표면에 노출하여 고착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.

- 제4항에 있어서,상기 섬유 및 상기 바인더 수지는,(I) 습열겔화수지 성분과 다른 열가소성 합성섬유성분을 포함하는 복합섬유,(II) 상기 복합섬유와 다른 섬유를 혼합한 것,(III) 상기 복합섬유와 습열겔화수지를 혼합한 것, 및(IV) 습열겔화수지와 다른 섬유를 혼합한 것에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 조합을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 필러의 평균입경이 0.01~100㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물.

- 제18항에 있어서,상기 섬유 성형체는 접촉압 성형가공에 의해 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 성형체.
- 섬유와, 그 표면의 바인더 수지와, 상기 바인더 수지에 고착된 필러를 포함하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법으로서,상기 섬유 및 상기 바인더 수지가 수분 존재하에서 가열함으로써 겔화하는 습열겔화섬유이고,상기 필러를 용액에 분산시킨 필러분산용액을 상기 습열겔화섬유에 부여하며,다음에, 습열분위기에서 상기 습열겔화섬유를 스팀처리하여, 상기 습열겔화섬유를 겔화시키고, 겔화물에 의해 상기 필러를 섬유 표면에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 습열겔화섬유가 습열겔화수지 단독, 또는 습열겔화수지 성분과 다른 열가소성 합성섬유성분을 포함하는 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 습열분위기가 상기 습열겔화수지의 겔화온도 이상 융점-20 ℃ 이하의 온도범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법.
- 섬유와, 그 표면의 바인더 수지와, 상기 바인더 수지에 고착된 필러를 포함하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법으로서,상기 섬유 및 상기 바인더 수지는 다른 섬유와 습열겔화수지이고,상기 다른 섬유에 상기 습열겔화수지를 부여한 후에 필러를 부여하거나, 또는 상기 필러 및 상기 습열겔화수지를 용액에 분산시킨 필러분산용액을 상기 다른 섬유에 부여하며,다음에, 습열분위기에서 스팀처리하여 상기 습열겔화수지를 겔화시키고, 겔화물에 의해 상기 필러를 다른 섬유 표면에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필러고착 섬유의 제조방법.
- 섬유와, 그 표면의 바인더 수지와, 상기 바인더 수지에 고착된 필러를 포함하는 필러고착 섬유를 함유하는 섬유 구조물의 제조방법으로서,상기 바인더 수지가 수분 존재하에서 가열함으로써 겔화하는 습열겔화수지이고,상기 섬유 및 상기 바인더 수지가,(I) 습열겔화수지 섬유성분과 다른 열가소성 합성섬유성분을 포함하는 복합섬유,(II) 상기 복합섬유와 다른 섬유를 혼합한 것,(III) 상기 복합섬유와 습열겔화수지를 혼합한 것, 및(IV) 습열겔화수지와 다른 섬유를 혼합한 것에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 조합이며,상기 섬유 및 상기 바인더 수지로 섬유 구조물을 제작하고,상기 필러를 용액에 분산시킨 필러분산용액을 상기 섬유 구조물에 부여하며,다음에, 습열분위기에서 상기 습열겔화수지를 스팀처리하여, 상기 습열겔화수지를 겔화시키고, 겔화물에 의해 상기 필러를 섬유 표면에 고착하여 필러고착 섬유를 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 습열분위기가 상기 습열겔화수지의 겔화온도 이상 융점-20 ℃ 이하의 온도범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물의 제조방법.

- 제40항에 있어서,상기 습열처리가 두께방향으로 압축성형하는 처리인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 구조물의 제조방법.

- 제42항에 있어서,상기 습열성형가공이, 수분과 필러를 포함하는 섬유 구조물을 한 쌍의 금형 내에 삽입하고, 가열 가압처리하는 가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제42항에 있어서,상기 습열성형가공이 섬유 구조물과 금형이 접촉하는 압력으로 가공하는 접촉압 성형가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유 성형체의 제조방법.
