Claims (6)
- 연료펌프용 아마추어(100)의 제조 방법에 있어서,
중심축(110), 상기 중심축(110)에 적층되어 전기장을 형성하는 코어부(120), 상기 코어부(120)의 일측에 브러시와 접촉하면서 전류를 공급하는 정류자(130), 및 상기 코어부(120)를 보호하기 위한 보호부(140)를 조립하는 조립 단계(S10);
전착처리제를 이용하여 전처리하는 전처리 단계(S20);
상기 코어부(120)를 포함하는 코팅막 형성 영역을 제외한 나머지 영역을 차단하는 마스킹 단계(S30);
보조 전처리 단계(S60);
상기 보조 전처리 단계(S60)가 수행된 아마추어(100)에 코팅막을 형성하는 코팅 단계(S40); 및
상기 코팅 단계(S40)가 수행된 후, 마스킹을 제거하는 마스킹 제거 단계(S50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 아마추어의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 코팅 단계(S40)에서, 상기 코팅막은 패럴린(Poly-para-Xylylene)을 화학진공증착(CVD, Chemical Vapor Deposition)하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 아마추어의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마스킹 단계(S30)는
수축 튜브 또는 지그를 이용하여 상기 중심축(110)을 차단하는 제1마스킹 단계(S31);
테이프를 이용하여 상기 정류자(130) 및 보호부(140)를 차단하는 제2마스킹 단계(S32); 및
굴곡 영역 또는 코팅 영역에 인접하여 접착제를 이용하여 차단하는 제3마스킹 단계(S33); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 아마추어의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보조 전처리 단계(S60)는 진공증착법에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료펌프용 아마추어(100)의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항, 및 제5항 중 선택되는 어느 한 항에 의해 제조된 연료펌프용 아마추어.
