Claims (7)
- 규조토 또는 카본 화이트를 실리카 원으로 사용하고 알루미늄 산화물, 알루미늄염 또는 알루미네이트를 알루미늄 원으로 사용하고, X Na2O: Y Al2O3: 100 SiO2 중량비의 전구체 혼합물을 얻기 위해 혼련 및 성형에 필요한 양으로 실리카졸 또는 워터글래스와 함께 시드 결정 배향제 및 압출 조제를 첨가하고, 여기서 X는 0 초과 16 이하이고 Y는 0 초과 6 이하이고, 유기 아민과 수증기로 기상-고상 결정화하여 결정 크기가 작은 바인더-비함유 ZSM-5 성형 제올라이트로 변환시키는 것을 포함하며, 여기서 결정화는 120-200℃에서 48-240시간동안 행해지고, 상기 시드 결정 배향제는 몰비가 1: 2-10: 60-150인 (TPA)2O, SiO2 및 H2O의 혼합물을 50-100℃에서 12-240시간동안 에이징하여 얻어지고 여기서 TPA는 테트라프로필암모늄을 나타내는, 결정 크기가 작은 바인더-비함유 ZSM-5 제올라이트 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 시드 결정 배향제는 상기 전구체 혼합물의 1.0-50중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 아민은 에틸아민, n-프로필아민, n-부틸아민, 에틸렌디아민, 트리에틸아민 및 헥산디아민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기상-고상 결정화는 140-180℃에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기상-고상 결정화는 72-180시간동안 지속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 결정 크기가 작은 ZSM-5 제올라이트는 입자 크기가 1㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압출 조제는 세스바니아 분말, 녹말, 활성탄, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리아크릴아미드 및 폴리비닐알코올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상이고, 상기 전구체 혼합물의 0.1-4중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
