- 기판 위에 형성한 표시 전극을 덮도록 유전체층을 형성함과 함께 그 유전체층 위에 보호층을 형성한 전면판과,상기 전면판에 방전 공간을 형성하도록 대향 배치되며 또한 상기 표시 전극과 교차하는 방향으로 어드레스 전극을 형성함과 함께 상기 방전 공간을 구획하는 격벽을 형성한 배면판을 갖고,상기 보호층은, 상기 유전체층 위에 기초막을 형성함과 함께, 상기 기초막에 금속 산화물을 포함하는 복수개의 결정 입자가 응집한 응집 입자를 이산적으로 분포하도록 부착시켜 구성하고, 또한 상기 응집 입자는, 캐소드 루미네센스에서의 200㎚ 이상 300㎚ 이하의 파장 영역의 스펙트럼의 피크 강도값의 분포에 있어서 누적 평균 강도값에 대한 표준 편차의 비율이 80% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 응집 입자는, 평균 입경이 0.9㎛ 이상 2㎛ 이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기초막은 MgO에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 기초막은 MgO에 의해 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 MgO, SrO, CaO, BaO, Al2O3 의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은 MgO, SrO, CaO, BaO, Al2O3 의 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 응집 입자는 상기 기초막에서 방전 공간에 접하는 영역에 배치되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 응집입자는 상기 격벽 내의 형광체층이 형성된 방전공간과 접하는 상기 기초막에 배치되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.

- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 응집입자는 상기 기초막의 전면에 걸쳐 배치되는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
