Description
Claims (15)
- (1) 기판을 준비하는 단계;(2) 플라즈마를 이용하여 상기 기판 상에 제1 전구체 물질을 집적시켜 세포 비부착성 제1 플라즈마 중합체층을 형성하는 단계;(3) 상기 제1 플라즈마 중합체층 상에 일정한 형태의 패턴을 가지는 새도우 마스크를 올려놓는 단계;(4) 플라즈마를 이용하여 제2 전구체 물질을 집적시켜 패턴화된 세포 부착성 제2 플라즈마 중합체층을 형성하는 단계; 및(5) 상기 새도우 마스크를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (3) 단계와 상기 (4) 단계 사이에,플라즈마를 이용하여 제1 전구체 물질을 집적시켜 패턴화된 제1 플라즈마 중합체층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 기판은 유리, 플라스틱, 금속 및 실리콘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전구체 물질은 스타이렌(styrene), N-헥산(n-hexane)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전구체 물질은 헥사메틸디실록산(hexamethyldisiloxane), 옥타메틸트리실록산(octamethyltrisiloxane), 데카메틸테트라실루산(decamethyl tetrasiloxane), 헥사메틸사이클로트리스일록산(hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane), 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실록산(octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane), 데카메틸사이클로펜타실록산(decamethylcyclopentasiloxane)의 실록산계 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 전구체 물질은 실록산계 화합물이고,상기 실록산계 화합물은 헥사메틸디실록산(hexamethyldisiloxane)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제2 전구체 물질은 에틸렌디아민(ethylenediamine), 아세토나이트릴(acetonitrile), 알릴아민(allylamine), 프로필아민(propylamine), 사이클로헵탄(cycloheptane), 사이클로헥산(cyclohexane), 및 사이클로펜탄(cyclopentane)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 (2) 단계에서 상기 제1 플라즈마 중합체층은 플라즈마 화학기상증착법을 이용하여 형성되고, 그리고상기 (4) 단계에서 상기 제2 플라즈마 중합체층은 유도 결합형 플라즈마 화학기상증착법을 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 전구체 물질 및 상기 제2 전구체 물질은 30 내지 70℃ 온도에서 증기화되어 플라즈마 증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 새도우 마스크의 상기 일정한 형태의 패턴은 200㎛ 지름을 가지는 복수의 구멍을 구비하며, 상기 구멍과 구멍 사이의 간격은 200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판을 제조하는 단계; 및상기 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판 상에 세포를 배양하는 단계를 포함하는 것 을 특징으로 하는, 세포의 패턴화된 배양 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 세포는 미생물, 동식물 세포 및 기관, 신경세포, 및 혈관내 세포로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세포의 패턴화된 배양 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조되는 패턴화된 세포 배양용 기판 상에 세포가 배양되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포칩.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 세포는 미생물, 동식물 세포 및 기관, 신경세포, 및 혈관내 세포로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 패턴화된 세포칩.
