Claims (17)
- 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적의 최대 직경보다도 작은, 목적하는 높이 또는 폭을 갖는 유로를 구비하고,상기 유로가 상판과 중공부를 갖는 중판과 하판의 3개의 판으로 형성되어 있으며, 유로의 높이는 중판의 두께를 변경함으로써 조절가능하고,상기 유로를 형성하는 벽의 적어도 일부분이 당해 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적과 친화성을 갖는 재료로 되어있는 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 높이 또는 폭이 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적의 체적 평균 직경 이하인 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로가 에멀젼에 포함되는 2개 이상의 액적이 당해 유로 내에 존재할 수 있는 길이를 갖는 것인 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 상기 유로를 형성하는 벽의 일부분이 당해 에멀젼에 포함되는 분산매에 대해 친화성을 갖는 재료로 되어있는 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀젼이 수중유(水中油)형 에멀젼이고, 상기 액적과 친화성을 갖는 재료가 유중(油中)의 물의 동적 접촉각이 90 °이상인 친유성 재료인 에멀젼의 분급 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로의 단면 형상이 직사각형이며,당해 단면 형상의 가장 작은 간격이 상기 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적의 최대 직경보다도 작고, 또한 상기 유로의 단면 형상의 가장 큰 간격이 상기 가장 작은 간격의 10배 이상인 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로를 형성하는 벽이 2장의 판상 부재를 포함하고, 상기 2장이 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적의 최대 직경보다도 작은 간격으로 이격되어 있는 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에멀젼이 에멀젼 원료를 마이크로 믹서에서 혼합함으로써 얻어진 것인 에멀젼의 분급 장치.

- 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적의 최대 직경보다도 작은, 목적하는 높이 또는 폭을 갖는 유로를 구비하고, 상기 유로가 상판과 중공부를 갖는 중판과 하판의 3개의 판으로 형성되어 있으며, 유로의 높이는 중판의 두께를 변경함으로써 조절가능하고, 상기 유로를 형성하는 벽의 적어도 일부분이 당해 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적과 친화성을 갖고 있는 재료로 되어있는 분급 장치의 유로에 에멀젼을 통과시켜 통과액을 분액하는 것을 포함하는 에멀젼의 해유화(解乳化) 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로를 형성하는 벽이 2장의 판상 부재를 포함하며, 상기 2장의 판상 부재 중 적어도 한쪽 표면이 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적과 친화성을 갖는 재료로 되어있는 에멀젼의 분급 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 유로를 형성하는 벽이 2장의 판상 부재를 포함하며, 상기 2장의 판상 부재 중 적어도 한쪽 표면이 에멀젼에 포함되는 액적과 친화성을 갖는 재료로 되어있는 에멀젼의 분급 방법.
