Claims (20)
- 용매 내에서 중합하여 올리고머 또는 폴리머, 또는 이들 모두를 형성할 수 있는 유형의 모노머를 금속염 및 지지 물질을 함유하는 용매에 첨가하는 단계;금속염, 지지 물질 및 모노머를 함유한 용매를 교반하는 단계;용매 내의 고체로부터 액체를 분리하는 단계; 및분리된 고체를 하소하여 담지 촉매를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모노머는 아크릴산을 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 금속염은 백금 염을 포함하고 지지 물질은 란탄-도핑된 알루미나로 만들어진 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,금속염 및 지지 물질을 함유한 용매에 모노머가 아닌 고착제 (fixing agent)를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,금속염, 지지 물질 및 모노머를 함유한 용매를 가열하여 용매 내의 모노머 중합량을 증가시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,금속염, 지지 물질 및 모노머를 함유한 용매에 중합 개시제를 첨가하여 용매 내의 모노머 중합량을 증가시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1 금속 유형의 금속염 및 지지 물질을 함유하는 제1 용매에 고착제를 첨가하고, 제1 용매를 교반한 다음 제1 용매로부터 지지 물질을 분리해 내는 단계;제1 용매로부터 분리해 낸 지지 물질의 일부 및 제1 금속 유형과 동일한 제2 금속 유형의 금속염을 제2 용매 내로 혼합하는 단계; 및제2 용매에 고착제를 첨가하고, 제2 용매를 교반한 다음 제2 용매로부터 지지 물질을 분리해 내는 단계; 및제2 용매로부터 분리해 낸 지지 물질을 하소하여 담지 촉매를 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,제1 용매에 첨가되는 고착제 및 제2 용매에 첨가되는 고착제는 용매 내에서 중합하여 올리고머 또는 폴리머, 또는 이들 모두를 형성할 수 있는 유형의 모노머 인 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,제1 용매에 첨가되는 모노머 및 제2 용매에 첨가되는 모노머는 아크릴산을 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,제1 금속 유형의 금속염 및 제2 금속 유형의 금속염은 백금 염을 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,혼합 단계 전에, 제1 용매로부터 분리해 낸 지지 물질을 하소하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,고착제는 환원제를 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,고착제는 침전제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1 금속 유형의 금속염 및 지지 물질을 함유하는 제1 용매에 고착제를 첨가 하고, 제1 용매를 교반한 다음 제1 용매로부터 지지 물질을 분리해 내는 단계;제1 용매로부터 분리해 낸 지지 물질의 일부 및 제1 금속 유형과는 상이한 제2 금속 유형의 금속염을 제2 용매 내로 혼합하는 단계; 및제2 용매에 고착제를 첨가하고, 제2 용매를 교반한 다음 제2 용매로부터 지지 물질을 분리해 내는 단계; 및제2 용매로부터 분리해 낸 지지 물질을 하소하여 담지 촉매를 생성하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 및 제2 고착제 중 적어도 하나는 모노머를 포함하는 담지 촉매의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,모노머는 용매 내에서 중합하여 올리고머 또는 폴리머, 또는 이들 모두를 형성할 수 있는 유형의 모노머인 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,제1 용매에 첨가되는 고착제는 아크릴산을 포함하고 제1 금속 유형의 금속염은 백금 염을 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,제2 용매에 첨가되는 고착제는 아스코르브산을 포함하고 제2 금속 유형의 금속염은 팔라듐 염을 포함하는 방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,제1 용매에 첨가되는 고착제는 아스코르브산을 포함하고 제1 금속 유형의 금속염은 팔라듐 염을 포함하는 방법.
