Claims (8)
- 차량용 멤버 제작방법에 있어서,두께가 서로 다르고, 연신율이 30% 이상 50% 미만의 페라이트 금속조직을 갖는 다수의 보론 강판을 소재로 다수의 이종 블랭크를 준비하는 단계;충돌 에너지 흡수 방향성을 고려하여 상기 각 이종 블랭크를 배치하여 각 테일러 용접선을 따라 레이저 용접함으로써 맞춤 블랭크를 제작하는 단계;상기 맞춤 블랭크를 튜브 관제로 조관하여 연결부의 조관 용접선을 따라 레이저 용접하는 단계;상기 튜브 관제를 하이드로 포밍 금형 내에서 확관 성형하여 하나의 멤버 성형품으로 제작하는 단계;상기 멤버 성형품을 프레스 열간 성형 금형 내에서 변태점 온도 이상의 고온으로 가열하는 단계;상기 가열된 멤버 성형품을 급속 냉각에 의해 냉각하여 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖도록 하는 단계;상기 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖는 멤버 성형품을 트림라인 및 홀 가공라인을 따라 레이저 컷팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 멤버 제작방법.
