Claims (7)
- 하우징부와 커버부로 구성되는 쇽업소버 하우징를 제작하기 위한 차량용 쇽업소버 하우징 제작방법에 있어서,상기 커버부에 대응하여 보론 강판을 소재로 중앙에 원형의 개구부를 갖는 일정두께의 원판으로 형성되는 커버부 블랭크와, 상기 하우징부에 대응하여 보론 강판을 소재로 일측에 상기 커버부 블랭크가 끼워져 용접되도록 그 외경과 동일한 내경의 원형홀을 가지며 상기 커버부 블랭크보다 두께가 얇은 사각 판재로 이루어지는 하우징부 블랭크로 각각 절단하여 준비하는 단계;상기 하우징부 블랭크와 커버부 블랭크를 테일러 용접선을 따라 레이저 용접하여 맞춤 블랭크로 제작하는 단계;상기 맞춤 블랭크를 변태점 온도 이상의 고온이 형성된 프레스 금형에서 직접 프레스 열간 성형을 이루어 쇽업소버 하우징 성형품으로 성형하는 단계;상기 열간 성형된 쇽업소버 하우징 성형품을 급속 냉각에 의해 냉각하여 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖도록 하는 단계;상기 고 강도의 마르텐사이트 금속조직을 갖는 쇽업소버 하우징 성형품을 트림라인과 홀 가공라인을 따라 레이저 컷팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 쇽업소버 하우징 제작방법.
