- 삭제
- 기판 위에 W 30%, Mo 70% 의 조성비율을 가지는 발열회로와 상기 발열회로의 단자부를 정밀 인쇄 기술로 인쇄하는 단계와;상기 발열회로 위에 Al2O3 93%, CaCO3 0.90%, Talc 3.40%, SiO2 1.85%, Y2O3 0.85%의 조성비율을 가지는 절연박막층을 20~30 ㎛ 두께로 인쇄하여 절연시키는 단계와;상기 절연박막층 위에 W 21%, Mo 49%, Al2O3 30%의 조성비율을 가지는 센서회로와 상기 센서회로의 단자부를 인쇄하고 상기 센서회로 위에 덮개 기판을 결합시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 소형 센서내장형 세라믹 기판 히터의 제조 방법.

- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소형 센서내장형 세라믹 기판 히터는 60*7mm 또는 50*7mm 정도의 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 센서내장형 세라믹 기판 히터의 제조 방법.
