Claims (6)
- 프레임 틀체 형상의 판넬(20)과,
판넬(20) 내부에 설치되는 기판(5)과,
기판(5) 상에 간격지게 형성되는 엘이디(4)와,
엘이디 상부에 엘이디(4)를 수용하는 홈(3)을 형성한 렌즈도광판(1)과,
렌즈도광판(1) 저면에 부착되며 표면에 도트(13)를 형성하는 도트시트(2)와,
렌즈도광판(1) 상부에 설치하는 원단시트(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 엘이디(4)는 조명판넬의 측면에도 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 렌즈도광판(1)은 그 상면에도 오목렌즈 형상의 홈(3)을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도트시트(2)는 그라비아 인쇄 방법으로 도트(13)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 원단시트(7)는 광고시트지이거나 투명, 반투명 중 어느 하나의 시트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬 - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도트(13)는 확산비드와 점착제로 이루어지며, 확산비드는 아크릴계 비드로 알킬 아크릴산에스테르, 알킬메타크릴산 에스테르의 단독 중합체 및 이들과 아크릴로니트릴, 아크릴아미드, 아크릴레이트, N-메틸롤(메타)아크릴아미드의 공중합체수지 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 비드인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 포함하는 조명판넬
