Abstract
본 발명에 의한 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판의 제조 방법은, (a)도광판에 음각 패턴을 형성하는 단계와, (b)상기 음각 패턴에 화이트 잉크(White ink)를 코팅하는 단계를 포함하고 있다.
Description
도 2 및 도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 의한 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판의 단면도 및 사시도이다.
도 4 및 도 5는 종래의 도광판과 본 발명에 의한 도광판의 광학 특성에 대한 시뮬레이션 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
110 : 음각 패턴 또는 마이크로렌즈 어레이(micro lens array) 패턴
120 : 화이트 잉크(White ink) 막
200 : LED 패키지(package)
Claims (12)
- 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴이 음각으로 형성되며, 상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴의 음각 부분에 화이트 잉크(White ink)가 코팅되며,
상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴은 20 내지 100㎛의 사이즈를 가지며,
상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴은 6각형(hexagonal), 직사각형(rectangular), 방사형(radial), 랜덤(random)을 포함하는 배열 중에서 어느 하나의 배열을 가지는 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴은:
마스터 몰드(Master mold)를 이용하여 핫 프레스(Hot press), 임프린팅(Imprinting), 캐스팅(Casting) 중 어느 하나의 방법에 의해 형성하는 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화이트 잉크(White ink)는:
마스킹 필름(Masking film)을 이용한 스프레이 코팅(Spray coating) 또는 스크린 인쇄를 통해 코팅하는 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판.
- (a) 도광판에 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴을 음각으로 형성하는 단계; 및
(b) 상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴의 음각 부분에 화이트 잉크(White ink)를 코팅하는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴은 20 내지 100㎛의 사이즈를 가지며,
상기 마이크로렌즈 어레이 패턴은 6각형(hexagonal), 직사각형(rectangular), 방사형(radial), 랜덤(random)을 포함하는 배열 중에서 어느 하나의 배열을 가지는 반사판 일체형 패턴 도광판의 제조 방법.
