Abstract
Description
(A) 분자 당, 규소에 연결된 2 개 이상의 알케닐기를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 (POS A);
(B) 분자 당, 규소에 연결된 2 개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제;
(C) 하나 이상의 금속성 화합물계의 하나 이상의 촉매; 및
(D) 강화 충전제를 포함하거나,
또는 상기 (A), (B), (C), (D), 및 하기 (E), (F), (H) 및 (I)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상:
(E) 보완 충전제;
(F) 가교 억제제;
(H) 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 수지;
(I) 첨가제
Claims (18)
- (A) 분자 당, 규소에 연결된 2 개 이상의 알케닐기를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 (POS A);(B) 분자 당, 규소에 연결된 2 개 이상의 수소 원자를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제;(C) 하나 이상의 금속성 화합물계의 하나 이상의 촉매; 및(D) 강화 충전제를 포함하거나,또는 상기 (A), (B), (C), (D), 및 하기 (E), (F), (H) 및 (I)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상:(E) 보완 충전제;(F) 가교 억제제;(H) 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 수지;(I) 첨가제을 포함하고,또한 규소에 연결된 알케닐기(들) 의 중량 함량이 0.001% 내지 0.2% 이고, 25℃ 에서의 경도(consistency)가 300 내지 1200 인 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 검 POS (A') 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가교가능 접착 실리콘 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, POS (A) 및 (A') 가 하기 화학식 (A.1) 의 단위를 갖거나, 또는 하기 화학식 (A.1)의 단위 및 하기 평균 화학식 (A.2) 의 다른 단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:WaZbSiO(4-(a+b))/2 (A.1)(식 중:- W 는 알케닐기이고,- Z 는 촉매 활성에 바람직하지 않은 작용을 하지 않고, 가능하게는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 8 (1 및 8 포함) 의 알킬기 뿐 아니라, 아릴기로부터 선택되는 1 가 탄화수소기이고,- a 는 1 또는 2 이고, b 는 0, 1 또는 2 이고, a+b 는 1 내지 3 임);ZcSiO(4-c)/2 (A.2)(식 중, Z 는 상기와 동일한 의미를 갖고, c 는 0 내지 3 의 값을 가짐).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제 (B) 가 하기 화학식 (B.1) 의 실록실 단위를 갖거나, 또는 하기 화학식 (B.1) 의 실록실 단위 및 하기 평균 화학식 (B.2) 의 다른 단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:HdLeSiO(4-(d+e))/2 (B.1)(식 중:- L 은 촉매 활성에 바람직하지 않은 작용을 하지 않고, 가능하게는 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 치환된 탄소수 1 내지 8 (1 및 8 포함) 의 알킬기 뿐 아니라, 아릴기로부터 선택되는 1 가 탄화수소기이고,- d 는 1 또는 2 이고, e 는 0, 1 또는 2 이고, d+e 는 1 내지 3 의 값을 가짐);LgSiO(4-g)/2 (B.2)(식 중, L 은 상기와 동일한 의미를 갖고, g 는 0 내지 3 의 값을 가짐).
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실록산 (B) 가, 오르가노폴리실록산 사슬이 본질적으로 LgSiO(4-g)/2 (식 중, g 는 0 내지 2 임) 단위로 이루어지고 각각의 말단이 HdLeSiO(4-(d+e))/2 (식 중, d+e 는 3 임) 단위로 블록화된 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제 (Bi) 와, 폴리오르가노실록산 사슬이 LgSiO(4-g)/2 (식 중, g 는 0 내지 2 임) 단위 및 HdLeSiO(4-(d+e))/2 (식 중, d+e 는 1 또는 2 임) 단위를 포함하고 각각의 말단이 HdLeSiO(4-(d+e))/2 (식 중, d+e 는 3 임) 단위로 블록화된 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제 (Bii) 의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실록산 가교제 (B) 중의 규소에 연결된 수소 원자의 수 대 폴리오르가노실록산 (A) 와 검 (A') 중의 알케닐 불포화를 가진 기의 총 수의 비가 0.4 이상 1 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 검 POS(A') 의 오르가노폴리실록산 사슬이 본질적으로 화학식 A1 (식 중, a+b 는 2 임) 의 단위 및/또는 화학식 A2 (식 중, c 는 2 임) 의 단위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, POS (A')의 알케닐기(들) 이 말단을 제외한 상기 POS (A')의 오르가노폴리실록산 사슬에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, POS (A')의 알케닐기(들) 이 상기 POS (A')의 오르가노폴리실록산 사슬의 말단에만 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, POS (A')가 모든 구성성분에 대해 5 내지 20 중량% 의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 충전제 (D) 가 실리카 및 알루미나를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 본질적으로 하기 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 2 개 이상의 기질 S1 및 S2 를 접착 결합시키는 방법:- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착제 조성물을 제조하는 단계;- S1 및/또는 S2 의 표면 중 하나 이상에 상기 조성물을 적용하여 접착 결합시키는 단계;- 접착제-코팅된 표면을 함께 조합시키거나, 또는 접착제-코팅된 표면을 함께 조합시키고 접착제-코팅된 표면에 압력을 가하는 단계.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 기질 S1 및 S2 가 재봉에 의해 조합되는, 차량 탑승자의 보호를 위한 팽창식 백을 구성하는 2 개의 부분이고, 상기 조성물이 바느질 영역에서 S1 및/또는 S2 의 표면 중 하나 이상에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 대한 가열 단계가 기질 S1 및 S2 의 바느질 전에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착제로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재봉에 의해 조합된 2 개의 기질 S1 및 S2 의 바느질을 위한 누출방지 조인트로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 조성물에 의해 바느질 영역에서 접착 결합된/되거나 누출방지된, 함께 재봉된 2 개의 부분으로 이루어지는, 차량 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 팽창식 백.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속성 화합물이 백금인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 조합체를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
