Claims (11)
- 상측이 개방되고 내부가 중공된 튜브 형태로 내부에 피티씨(Positive Temperature Coefficient, PTC) 발열소자(210)를 포함하며, 상기 피티씨 발열소자(210)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급수단(300)이 형성되는 발열부(200); 및기밀이 유지되도록 상기 전원공급수단(300) 및 상기 발열부(200)의 개방된 일측 단부를 내부에 포함하는 주몸체(110)와, 상기 주몸체(110)의 하측방향으로 내면이 상기 발열부(200)의 외면과 밀착되도록 연장되는 연장부(120)와, 상기 연장부(120)의 상측 일정영역이 내측방향으로 단차지게 형성되고 외면에 고정을 위해 형성되는 고정부(121)와, 상기 연장부(120)의 고정부(121) 형성 영역 하측 외면에 오목하게 형성되는 실링홈(126)과, 상기 실링홈(126) 하측에 가열대상물질(m)이 저장되는 케이스 외면에 밀착되도록 돌출되는 단차부(127)를 포함하는 본체(100); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전원공급수단(300)은길이방향으로 긴 판형태로 양측 면에 상기 피티씨 발열소자(210)가 구비되어 상기 발열부(200)의 내부에 구비되되 일정 영역이 상기 발열부(200)의 상측으로 돌출되는 제1단자(310)와, 상기 제1단자(310)와 수직한 방향으로 구비되는 제2단자(320)와, 상기 제1단자(310) 및 제2단자(320)에 연결되는 전원부(330)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 본체(100)는 상기 주몸체(110)의 상측이 개방되고 내부가 중공된 함체형상으로 하면에 상기 발열부(200)가 삽입가능한 중공부(111)가 형성되며, 상기 개방된 상측을 폐쇄하는 덮개(130)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정부(121)는 나사산 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 고정부(121)는 회전에 의해 걸림고정되는 고정력향상홈(122)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.

- 제2항에 있어서,상기 피티씨 가열수단(1000)은 상기 제1단자(310) 및 피티씨 발열소자(210)를 내부에 포함하되, 그 외면이 상기 피티씨 발열소자(210) 면과 함께 상기 발열부(200)의 내면에 맞닿도록 형성되는 가이드부재(220)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제1항 내지 제5항, 제8항 및 제9항 중 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발열부(200)는 외면에 방열핀(230)이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 방열핀(230)은 상기 발열부(200)의 길이방향으로 긴 판형태로, 복수개의 중공부(231)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 가열수단.
