Claims (26)
- 투광성을 갖는 기판 위에 적어도 제1의 검출 소자 및 제2의 검출 소자가 병렬로 접속되어 배치되어 있는 복수의 검출 소자를 구비하고,상기 제1의 검출 소자는, 제1의 방향으로부터의 빛을 검출할 수 있고,상기 제2의 검출 소자는, 상기 제1의 방향과 다른 제2의 방향으로부터의 빛을 검출할 수 있으며,상기 제1의 검출 소자는, 제1의 전극, 제1의 반도체막 및 제2의 전극으로 형성되고,상기 제2의 검출 소자는, 상기 제1의 전극, 제2의 반도체막 및 제3의 전극으로 형성되고,상기 제1의 전극과 상기 제3의 전극은 투광성을 갖는 도전막으로 형성되고,상기 제2의 전극은 금속막으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.

- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 4의 전극은 금속막으로 형성되는 광센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,상기 투광성을 갖는 도전막은, 산화인듐 산화 주석 합금, 산화인듐 산화아연합금,또는 산화아연으로 형성되고,상기 금속막은, 금, 구리, 니켈, 백금 또는 은의 원소를 포함하는 막으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제1의 반도체막 및 상기 제2의 반도체막은, 비정질 실리콘막, PIN 접합을 갖는 실리콘막, 또는 미결정 실리콘막으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광센서.
- 힌지부를 통해서 개폐 가능하게 함께 결합된 제1의 케이싱 및 제2의 케이싱과,광센서를 구비하고,상기 제1의 케이싱은, 서로 다른 면에 설치된 제1의 표시부 및 제2의 표시부를 포함하고,상기 제2의 케이싱은, 조작부를 포함하며,상기 제1의 표시부와 상기 조작부는 서로 마주보도록 접힐 수 있고,상기 광센서는 병렬로 접속된 복수의 검출 소자를 포함하고,상기 복수의 검출 소자는 제1의 검출소자 및 제2의 검출 소자를 포함하고,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 열려 있는 상태에서, 상기 제1의 검출 소자는, 상기 제1의 표시부측의 조도를 검출하고,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 상기 제2의 검출소자는, 상기 제2의 표시부측의 조도를 검출하고,상기 광센서는투명 기판과,상기 투명 기판 위의 제 1의 투명전극과,상기 제1의 투명전극 위의 제1의 반도체막과,상기 제1의 반도체막 위의 금속전극과,상기 금속전극 위의 제2의 반도체막과,상기 제2의 반도체막 위의 제2의 투명전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 광센서는 상기 제1의 케이싱에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 광센서는 상기 제2의 케이싱에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 광센서는 상기 조작부의 투광성을 갖는 조작 버튼 아래에 설치되는 것을 특징 으로 하는 휴대통신기기.

- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 수단과 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 제1의 케이싱에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 수단과 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 제2의 케이싱에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 수단과 상기 제3의 수단은 상기 조작부의 투광성을 갖는 조작 버튼 아래에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 상기 제1의 표시부를 표시해서 그 휘도를 검출하는 제5의 수단과,상기 제5의 수단에 의해 검출된 결과 및 상기 제1의 수단에 의해 검출된 결과를 이용하여 상기 제1의 표시부의 휘도를 제어해서 표시하는 제6의 수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 8항 또는 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 표시부 및 상기 제2의 표시부는, 액정표시장치 또는 EL 표시장치로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 제 8항 또는 제 17항에 있어서,상기 제1의 표시부 및 상기 제2의 표시부는, 양면으로부터 발광이 가능한 표시장치로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대통신기기.
- 광센서를 갖는 접이식 휴대통신기기의 표시 방법으로서,제1의 케이싱 및 제2의 케이싱이 열려 있는 상태에, 제1의 검출 소자를 이용해서 제1의 표시부측의 조도를 검출함으로써 제1의 검출 결과를 얻는 것과,상기 제1의 검출 결과를 이용하여 상기 제1의 표시부의 휘도를 제어해서 표시하는 것과,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 제2의 검출 소자를 이용하여 제2의 표시부측의 조도를 검출함으로써 제2의 검출 결과를 얻는 것과,상기 제2의 검출 결과를 이용하여 상기 제2의 표시부의 휘도를 조절해서 표시하는 것을 포함하고,상기 광센서는투명 기판과,상기 투명 기판 위의 제 1의 투명전극과,상기 제1의 투명전극 위의 제1의 반도체막과,상기 제1의 반도체막 위의 금속전극과,상기 금속전극 위의 제2의 반도체막과,상기 제2의 반도체막 위의 제2의 투명전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 휴대통신기기의 표시 방법.
- 제 24항에 있어서,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 상기 제1의 표시부를 표시하고,그것의 휘도를 상기 제1의 검출 소자를 이용해서 검출함으로써 제3의 검출 결과를 얻고,상기 제3의 검출 결과 및 상기 제1의 검출 결과를 이용하여 상기 제1의 표시부의 휘도를 제어해서 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 휴대통신기기의 표시 방법.
- 광센서를 갖는 접이식 휴대통신기기의 표시 방법으로서,제1의 케이싱 및 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 제1의 검출 소자를 이용하여 제1의 표시부의 휘도를 검출해서 제1의 검출 결과를 얻는 것과,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 열려 있는 상태에서, 제2의 검출 소자를 이용하여 상기 제1의 표시부측의 조도를 검출해서 제2의 검출 결과를 얻는 것과,상기 제1의 검출 결과 및 상기 제2의 검출 결과를 이용하여 상기 제1의 표시부의 휘도를 제어해서 표시하는 것과,상기 제1의 케이싱 및 상기 제2의 케이싱이 접혀 있는 상태에서, 제3의 검출 소자를 이용하여 제2의 표시부측의 조도를 검출해서 제3의 검출 결과를 얻는 것과,상기 제3의 검출 결과를 이용하여 상기 제2의 표시부의 휘도를 조절해서 표시하는 것을 포함하고,상기 광센서는투명 기판과,상기 투명 기판 위의 제 1의 투명전극과,상기 제1의 투명전극 위의 제1의 반도체막과,상기 제1의 반도체막 위의 금속전극과,상기 금속전극 위의 제2의 반도체막과,상기 제2의 반도체막 위의 제2의 투명전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접이식 휴대통신기기의 표시 방법.
