Claims (6)
- 순수에 가스를 용해하여 기능수를 생성시 사용되는 스태틱 믹서의 구조에 있어서,
배관(60) 내부에서의 점유면적을 증가시키기 위해 길이방향을 향해 다수의 절곡부(11)를 형성하되, 상기 다수의 절곡부(11) 양측에는 내부로 파여지는 꺽임홈(12)을 형성하여, 상기 꺽임홈(12)으로 인하여 메인판(10)이 절곡시 절곡되는 부위가 변형없이 절곡될 수 있도록 하는 메인판(10);
상기 메인판(10)의 양측에서 상호간 대향되도록 돌출되는 다수의 측면판(20);
상기 메인판(10) 및 측면판(20)에 천공형성되는 다량의 타공부(30);로 구성되는 스태틱 믹서 구성체(40)로 이루어지되,
상기 측면판(20)은 메인판(10)의 길이방향을 향해 다수 형성되며, 상기 절곡부(11)를 기준으로 상호간 이격형성되고,
상기 타공부(30)는 각각의 측면판(20) 및 상기 절곡부(11)로 구획되는 각 메인판(10)의 면당 10~15개가 천공형성되며, 상기 타공부(30)는 1 ~ 4mm의 직경을 가지며,
상기 스태틱 믹서 구성체(40)는 브레이징 또는 나사체결에 의해 복수개가 상, 하로 일체를 이루며 조립되어 스태틱 믹서(50)로 사용되되, 복수개의 스태틱 믹서 구성체(40)가 조립시, 상호간의 꺽임홈(12) 중 일부가 국부적으로 겹쳐지며 홀을 이루도록 하며,
스태틱 믹서(50)는 다수개가 가스와 순수가 혼합되는 배관(60)의 길이에 맞게 길이방향을 향해 연속적으로 내설되어 이루어지며, 상기 배관(60)이 절곡된 경우, 스태틱 믹서(50) 다수개가 분리되어 내설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스용해 생성 스태틱 믹서의 구조.
