Claims (5)
- 회전가능하게 축 방향을 따라 배치되는 회전자;
상기 회전자와의 사이에 회전자계를 형성하도록 전원이 공급되는 코일이 권취되어 상기 회전자의 외측에 배치되는 고정자; 및
상기 고정자를 감싸도록 구비되되, 내주 측에는 제1유체가 내부에 흐르는 냉각유로가 내측으로 돌출형성되며, 상기 냉각유로의 사이에는 제2유체가 유동되도록 간극이 형성된 복합 냉각 케이싱을 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 냉각유로는
상기 복합 냉각 케이싱의 내주 측에 원주방향을 따라 소정간격으로 형성된 축방향 유로와 상기 축방향 유로의 양측 단부에 연통된 원주방향 유로를 포함하여 형성되고,
일측의 원주방향 유로에는 상기 제1유체의 유입구가 형성되고, 상기 복합 냉각 케이싱의 내부를 대각방향으로 가로질러 대향되는 타측의 원주방향 유로에는 상기 제1유체의 유출구가 형성되는 복합 냉각 케이싱이 구비된 전동기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 복합 냉각 케이싱은 상기 냉각유로가 전열면적이 확장되도록 원주방향으로 형성된 유로와 축방향으로 형성된 유로가 조합되어 돌출형성된 금속 재질의 내측 프레임과, 상기 내측 프레임의 외주에 결합되어 실링을 이루는 원통형 외측 프레임을 포함하여 이루어지는 복합 냉각 케이싱이 구비된 전동기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각유로는 상기 복합 냉각 케이싱의 내주 측에 원주방향을 따라 지그재그 형식으로 형성되고, 상기 냉각유로의 일단부 및 타단부에는 각각 상기 제1유체의 유입구 및 유출구가 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 냉각 케이싱이 구비된 전동기. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각유로의 돌출된 내측 단부 테두리는 상기 고정자의 외주에 접촉되도록 배치되며, 상기 돌출형성된 냉각유로의 사이에 형성되는 간극의 상하 양단부는 각각 상기 전동기의 내부공간과 연통되고,
상기 제1유체는 물이며, 상기 제2유체는 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 냉각 케이싱이 구비된 전동기.
