Claims (7)
- 표면층(A)과 내재층(B)으로 이루어진 2층 공압출 이축연신 필름과 다공성 지지체로 구성되는 감열공판인쇄원지에 있어서,총 필름층(A+B)에 대한 표면층(A)의 두께 구성비를 0.2 ~ 0.5의 비율로 하며, 표면층(A)과 내재층(B)의 유리전이온도의 차(ΔTg)가 20 ℃ 이하 되도록 하며, 표면층(A)은 용융온도(Tma)가 210 ~ 230 ℃이고, 융해에너지(ΔHua)가 5 ~ 12 cal/g를 갖고, 내재층(B)은 용융온도(Tmb)가 180 ~ 200 ℃이고, 융해에너지(ΔHub)가 3 ~ 10 cal/g를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 600 DPI급 이상의 고해상도 구현이 가능한 감열공판인쇄원지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2층 공압출 이축연신 필름을 구성하는 수지가 방향족 디카르본산과 알킬렌글리콜의 반응에 의하여 생성된 폴리에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄원지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지에 공중합 가능한 성분을 폴리에스테르 수지 전체에 대하여 5 ~ 50 mol%로 함유시키며, 상기 공중합 가능한 성분은 디에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 네오펜틴글리콜, 폴리알킬렌글리콜, 파라-크실렌글리콜, 1,4-사이클로헥산디메탄올 및 5-소디움술포레졸신 중에서 선택된 글리콜, 아디프산, 세바크산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 및 5-소디움 이소프탈산 중에서 선택된 디카르복실산, 트리멜리트산 및 피로멜리트산 중에서 선 택된 다기능성 디카르복실산, 그리고 파라-옥시에톡시벤조산 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄원지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 수지는 표면층(A)의 공중합 비율이 내재층(B)의 공중합 비율 보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄원지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2층 공압출 이축연신필름의 두께가 0.5 ~ 4 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄원지.
