Abstract
본 발명의 복합재는 우수한 전기전도성, 열전도성, 굴곡강도 등의 기계적 물성 및 내부식성, 내화학성이 우수하고, 수소 등과 같은 반응 기체에 대한 투과율이 낮으며, 그 밀도가 낮아 연료전지용 분리판에 매우 적합하다. 또한 두께조절이 용이하고 성형이 쉽기 때문에 대량생산이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

Claims (9)
- 탄소섬유 표면에 니켈, 구리 및 은 중에서 선택된 전이금속이 도금되어 체적저항이 25℃에서 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-3 ohm·cm 인 탄소섬유; 및
에폭시 수지, 페놀수지, 멜라민 수지 및 비닐에스테르 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 열경화성 수지, 또는 폴리페닐렌설파이드, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 폴리아마이드, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리이미드, 액정고분자, 폴리벤즈이미다졸 및 PEEK(polyetheretherketone) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 열가소성 수지
가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판 제조용 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도금된 탄소섬유 5 ~ 40 중량%와, 상기 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지 60 ~ 95 중량%가 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판 제조용 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전이금속은 탄소섬유 표면에 전해 또는 무전해 도금된 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판 제조용 복합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.01 ~ 100 ㎛ 크기의 전도성 입자를 상기 복합재 100 중량부에 대하여 1 ~ 20 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판 제조용 복합재.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 입자는 구리, 니켈, 은, 전도성 카본블랙, 흑연 및 도금된 흑연 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판 제조용 복합재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 복합재를 성형하여 프리프레그를 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 프리프레그를 한 층 또는 복수 층으로 적층하고 압축 및 압출 성형하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그는 3 ~ 20 mm 의 길이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 복합재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 표면비저항은 25℃에서 1.0 × 10-3 ~ 1.0 ohm·cm 이고, 공기투과도는 2 × 10-6 cc/cm2/sec 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 분리판.
