도2A는 관통 삽입되는 도입 니들 또는 삽입 캐뉼러와 같은 물체를 갖는 인-라인 밸브 IV 카테터의 일 태양의 단면 등각도이다.
도2B는 도2A의 인-라인 밸브 IV 카테터의 단면도로서, 명료함을 위해 물체/니들/캐뉼러를 제거한 상태의 도면이다.
도3A 및 도3B는 도2A의 인-라인 밸브 IV 카테터의 근위 하우징의 다양한 도시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치를 조립하기 위한 방법이며,
챔버를 형성하는 하우징을 제공하는 단계,
튜브형 부재를 통해 뻗어 있는 관강이 상기 챔버와 유체 연통하도록 상기 하우징에 상기 튜브형 부재를 고정하는 단계,
씨일 부재가 상기 하우징의 영역에 밀봉 결합되는 제1 위치와 상기 씨일 부재가 상기 하우징을 통해 유체 유동을 허용하는 제2 위치 사이에서 상기 씨일 부재가 이동 가능하도록 상기 하우징의 챔버 내에 격막을 포함하는 씨일 부재를 위치시키는 단계,
상기 씨일 부재가 상기 제1 위치에 있을 때 정지형 구조물이 상기 씨일 부재로부터 이격되고, 상기 씨일 부재가 씨일 부재의 지속적인 축방향 운동을 방지하기 위해 상기 제2 위치에 있을 때 상기 정지형 구조물은 상기 씨일 부재와 결합되는 구조, 크기 및 위치를 갖도록 상기 하우징 내에 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계 및
니들의 근위 단부가 상기 씨일 부재의 근위 단부로부터 돌출하도록 상기 니들의 근위 단부를 상기 씨일 부재의 격막을 통해서 삽입하는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 씨일 부재를 위치시키는 단계는 상기 씨일 부재 주위에 상기 하우징을 통해 유동 경로를 선택적으로 형성하기 위해 상기 씨일 부재가 상기 하우징의 챔버 내에서 이동 가능하도록 상기 씨일 부재를 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 씨일 부재를 위치시키는 단계는 상기 하우징을 통한 유체 유동을 유지하면서 상기 하우징 내에 미리 정해진 압력 레벨을 인식하면 상기 씨일 부재가 상기 제1 위치로부터 상기 제2 위치로 이동되도록 상기 씨일 부재를 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 상기 하우징의 내부 표면으로부터 내부로 뻗어 있는 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 고압 유체 유동 상태 동안에 상기 씨일 부재 접촉하기만 하도록 배열된 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 상기 하우징의 챔버 내에 반경 방향 내부로 뻗어 있는 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 상기 챔버 내의 증가된 압력에 응답하여 상기 씨일 부재가 뒤집어지거나 접히는 것을 방지하는 구조, 크기, 위치를 갖는 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 비방사형으로 상기 하우징의 챔버 내로 뻗어 있는 적어도 하나의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 상기 하우징의 챔버를 통해 축방향으로 연장된 구멍을 형성하기 위해 서로 이격된 복수의 축방향으로 연장된 핀을 포함하는 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 구멍은 도입 니들을 수용하기 위한 구조와 크기를 갖는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계는 상기 씨일 부재의 원위 부분 쪽에 정지형 구조물을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 인-라인 IV 카테터 장치 조립 방법.
