Claims (9)
- (a) 반응기에 이소프로필알콜(IPA)과, 가성소다분말을 투입하는 단계;(b) 상기 반응기에 PCBs(polychlorinated biphenyls) 함유 절연유를 공급하는 단계;(c1) 상기 반응기에 이미다졸(Imidazole)을 투입하는 단계;(d) 상기 반응기 내부 온도를 사전설정된 제1온도로 상승시키는 단계;(e) 반응기 내부 온도를 사전설정된 제2온도로 냉각시켜 층분리를 유도하는 단계;(f) 상층부의 물질을 재활용용 절연유 저장 탱크로 배출시키는 단계; 및(g) 하층부의 물질을 폐기물 저장 탱크로 배출시키는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 사전설정된 제2온도는 70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 (a) 단계 후 상기 반응기 내 온도가 60℃에 도달하면 상기 (b) 단계 및 상기 (c1) 단계를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,(c1)과 (d) 단계 사이에, (c2) 반응기에 글리콜을 투입하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 글리콜은 모노에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜 및 테트라에틸렌글리콜으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 제1온도는 150℃ 내지 250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- (b) 반응기에 PCBs(polychlorinated biphenyls) 함유 절연유를 공급하는 단계;(c3) 상기 반응기에 이미다졸과 황산을 투입하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 반응기 내부 온도를 사전설정된 제1온도로 상승시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 제1온도는 150℃ 내지 250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제6항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(e) 반응기 내부 온도를 사전설정된 제2온도로 냉각시켜 층분리를 유도하는 단계;(f) 상층부의 물질을 재활용용 절연유 저장 탱크로 배출시키는 단계; 및(g) 하층부의 물질을 폐기물 저장 탱크로 배출시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 사전설정된 제2온도는 70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 PCBs 탈염소화 공정.
