Claims (8)
- PCBs(Polychlorinated biphenyls)를 포함하는 탄화수소유에 알칼리성 용매, 알칼리 물질, 및 알루미늄을 첨가하여 탄화수소유 혼합물을 마련하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 소정의 온도로 소정의 시간 동안 가열하여 PCBs를 파과하여 제거시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리성 용매는 에틸렌 글리콜, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 트리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 저급 알킬에테르, 트리메틸렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜, 부틸렌 글리콜의 저급 알킬 에테르, 및 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소유, 상기 알칼리성 용매, 상기 알칼리 물질, 및 상기 알루미늄은 상기 혼합물 전중량에 대하여 각각 67 내지 98.5중량%, 1 내지 25중량%, 0.3 내지 7.5중량%, 0.2 내지 0.5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 물질은 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 나트륨 알코올레이트, 칼륨 알코올레이트, 및 수산화칼슘으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열온도는 25 내지 250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열시간은 10분 내지 24시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs(Polychlorinated biphenyls)의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄은 분말 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄화수소유는 폐변압기 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소유내의 PCBs의 파괴 및 제거 방법.
