Abstract
Description
폴리프로필렌은 선형 프로필렌 블록-코폴리머(block-copolymer)일 수도 있다. 압출된 폴리올레핀은 프로필렌 매트릭스(propylene matrix) 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 러버(ethylene-propylene rubber, EPR)를 포함하는 것이 특히 바람직하다. 폴리 프로필렌 매트릭스(polypropylene matrix)의 타입은 에틸렌-프로필렌 러버(ethylene-propylene rubber, EPR)와 함께 포함되는 한, 상기 기재된 요구조건들을 만족하는 매트릭스라면 가능하고 특별한 것으로 제한되지 않는다. 따라서, 각 호모폴리머(homopolymer) 또는 코폴리머(copolymer)가 사용될 수 있다. 그러나, 코폴리머(copolymer)가 사용된 경우에, 코모노머의 함량은 3 wt% 이하이다. 바람직하게는, 코모노머는 에틸렌이다.

Claims (15)
- a) ISO 1133에 따라 230℃에서 2.16kg의 하중(load)을 가하여 측정된 0.01 내지 1.00 g/10 min의 MFR2,c) 0.95 내지 1.00의 브랜칭 인덱스 g'(branching index g')를 가지는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene)이며,여기서, 상기 폴리프로필렌은 15 wt% 미만의 에틸렌 함량을 가지고, 및상기 폴리프로필렌은 폴리프로필렌 매트릭스(matrix) 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 러버(EPR)를 포함하는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3 cN 이하의 용융 강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10℃ 가열/냉각 비율로 ISO 3146에 따라 DSC를 사용하여 측정된 110 내지 135℃의 결정화 온도 Tc를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-결정화 조핵제, β-결정화 조핵제, 또는 α-결정화 조핵제 및 β-결정성화 조핵제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌은 선형 프로필렌 블록-코폴리머(block-copolymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출된 선형 폴리프로필렌.
