Claims (13)
- 규소 결합된 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 오가노폴리실록산(A)(여기서, 최대량으로 존재하는 오가노폴리실록산은 분자당 말단 실록산 단위에만 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 갖고, 점도가 25℃에서 10 내지 100Pa.s이다),규소 결합된 수소원자 3개 이상을 갖는 유기 규소 가교결합제(B)(이때, 성분(A) 중의 알케닐 그룹의 총량에 대한 성분(B) 중의 Si-H 그룹의 몰 비는 1/1 내지 10/1이다),성분(A)의 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 치환체와 성분(B)의 Si-H 그룹과의 반응을 촉진시키는 귀금속 촉매(C)(당해 성분(C)는 전체 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 100ppm의 양으로 존재한다) 및전체 조성물 100중량부당 15 내지 30중량부의 충전제(D)를 포함하는, 엘라스토머로 경화될 수 있는 직물 피복용 오가노폴리실록산 조성물로서,충전제의 모스 경도(Moh hardness)가 1 내지 4.5이고 평균 입자 크기가 3.0㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D)가 탄산칼슘, 활석, 카올린, 삼수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 석고, 황산칼슘, 알루미나이트, 탄산마그네슘, 규조토, 바라이트, 흑연, 탄산구리, 탄산니켈, 탄산바륨, 탄산스트론튬 또는 이들의 배합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전제의 양이 전체 조성물 100중량부당 17 내지 25중량부임을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,하나 이상의 오가노폴리실록산(A)이분자당 말단 실록산 단위에만 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 가지며 점도가 25℃에서 0.05 내지 0.65Pa.s인 제1 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(i),분자당 말단 실록산 단위에만 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 가지며 점도가 25℃에서 10 내지 90Pa.s인 제2 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(ii)(여기서, 성분(A)(ii)는 성분(A)(i) 또는 성분(A)(iii)보다 많은 양으로 존재한다) 및분자당 말단 실록산 단위 및 중합체 쇄 내부의 단위에 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 치환체를 갖는 제3 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(iii)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,하나 이상의 오가노폴리실록산(A)이분자당 말단 실록산 단위에만 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 가지며 점도가 25℃에서 0.05 내지 0.65Pa.s인 제1 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(i) 100중량부,분자당 말단 실록산 단위에만 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 그룹을 가지며 점도가 25℃에서 10 내지 90Pa.s인 제2 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(ii) 300 내지 700중량부 및분자당 말단 실록산 단위 및 중합체 쇄 내부의 단위에 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 치환체를 갖는 제3 오가노폴리실록산 물질(A)(iii) 50 내지 150중량부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,전체 조성물의 0.1 내지 2중량%의 에폭시 및 알콕시 관능기를 갖는 유기 규소 화합물(i),성분(E)(i) 100중량부당 10 내지 100중량부의 유기 티탄 화합물(ii),성분(E)(i) 100중량부당 50 내지 100중량부의 알케닐 관능성 실란올 말단화된 폴리오가노실록산(iii) 및 임의로금속 킬레이트(iv)를 포함하는 접착 촉진 첨가제(E)를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물.
- 직물을 오가노폴리실록산 조성물 층으로 피복시키는 단계,층을 경화시켜 직물 위에 엘라스토머성 피막을 형성하는 단계 및피복된 직물을 성형하여 팽창 가능한 안전 장치(inflatable restraint device)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하여, 자동차 에어백 또는 비행기 비상 슛(aircraft emergency shoot)과 같은 팽창 가능한 안전 장치를 제조하는 방법으로서,오가노폴리실록산 조성물이 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 지방족 불포화 탄화수소 또는 탄화수소옥시 치환체 및 하이드록실 그룹 또는 가수분해성 그룹으로부터 선택된 2개 이상의 반응성 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 오가노폴리실록산(A), 상기 반응성 그룹과의 반응에 의해 오가노폴리실록산(A)을 가교결합시키는 데 적합한 유기 규소 가교결합제(B), 성분(A)와 성분(B)간의 반응을 촉진시킬 수 있는 충분량의 촉매(C) 및 15 내지 30중량%의 충전제(D)를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 오가노폴리실록산 조성물 25 내지 180g/층㎡로 피복된 직물을 포함하는 에어백으로서,충전제(D)의 모스 경도가 1 내지 4.5이고 평균 입자 크기가 3.0㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 에어백.
