Claims (5)
- 선박 화물창의 접착제 열가공 방법으로서,상기 화물창의 트리플엑스 접착용 접착제의 경화를 위한 온도 패턴을 미리 설정하여 저장시키는 단계와,상기 접착제에 대한 열가공 시 상기 접착제 열가공을 위한 상기 온도 패턴을 읽어오는 단계와,상기 접착제로 열을 인가시키는 히팅패드를 상기 온도패턴에 따른 열가공 시간 구간별 설정된 온도로 가열시키는 단계와,상기 가열된 히팅패드를 상기 접착제에 압착시켜 상기 접착제를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하되,상기 온도 패턴은, 상온에서 40∼60℃까지 온도를 상승시키는 제1구간과, 상기 40∼60℃의 온도를 유지시키는 제2구간과, 상기 40∼60℃부터 65∼85℃ 온도로 다시 상승시키는 제3구간과, 상기 65∼85℃ 온도를 유지시키는 제4구간으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물창의 접착제 열가공 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1구간은 30∼45분 동안 수행되며, 상기 제2구간은 60∼150분 동안 수행되며, 상기 제3구간은 20∼30분 동안 수행되며, 상기 제4구간은 20∼60분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물창의 접착제 열가공 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 트리플엑스는,상기 화물창의 2차 방벽을 구성하는 인슐레이션 패널과 탑 브리지 패드 사이에 위치되며, 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 인슐레이션 패널, 탑 브리지 패드와 각각 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화물창의 접착제 열가공 방법.
