Claims (6)
- 알파-글루코시다아제의 활성을 억제하는 효과를 가진, 에탄올 수용액으로 1차 추출된 추출물의 부탄올 분획인 연자육 추출물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에탄올 수용액은 에탄올 함량이 70-80 중량%인 에탄올 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 피부 미백용 화장료 조성물.
- (S1) 연자육 추출물을 에탄올 수용액으로 추출하여 1차 추출물을 제조하는 단계; 및
(S2) 상기 1차 추출물을 부탄올로 분획하는 단계를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미백 효과가 우수한 연자육 추출물을 제조하는 방법. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 (S1)단계의 에탄올 수용액은 에탄올 함량이 70-80 중량%인 에탄올 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 1차 추출물은 감압 및 농축되고 에탄올 함량이 5-20 중량%인 에탄올 수용액으로 다시 용해되어 (S2)단계의 분획에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
