Claims (12)
- 저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제의 존재하에서, 생체 시료 중의 저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 콜레스테롤 에스테라제 및 콜레스테롤 옥시다제 효소를 작용시켜 생성된 과산화수소를 퀴논 색소로 전화시켜 측정하거나, 또는 콜레스테롤 에스테라제 및 콜레스테롤 데히드로게나제 효소를 작용시켜 생성된 NADH(β-니코틴아미드 아데닌 디뉴클레오티드 환원형)를 측정하는 것으로 저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤의 존재량을 반영한 측정치를 얻는 제1 공정과,제1 공정의 반응 후 산물에 적어도 저밀도 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제를 첨가하고, 잔존하는 저밀도 리포단백질에 콜레스테롤 에스테라제 및 콜레스테롤 옥시다제 효소를 작용시켜 생성된 과산화수소를 퀴논 색소로 전화시켜 측정하거나, 또는 콜레스테롤 에스테라제 및 콜레스테롤 데히드로게나제 효소를 작용시켜 생성된 NADH(β-니코틴아미드 아데닌 디뉴클레오티드 환원형)를 측정하는 것으로 잔존하는 저밀도 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤의 존재량을 반영한 측정치를 얻는 제2 공정을 포함하며,생체 시료 중의 저밀도 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤과 총 콜레스테롤을 1회의 측정으로 정량하는, 생체 시료의 저밀도 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤과 총 콜레스테롤을 동시 측정하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제가 HLB치 13 이상 15 이하인 폴리알킬렌옥시드 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌라우릴에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 세틸 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레일 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 고급 알코올 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥틸 페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐 페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 벤질 페닐 에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,적어도 저밀도 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제가 HLB치 11 이상 13 미만인 폴리알킬렌옥시드 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,적어도 저밀도 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 라우릴에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 세틸에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 올레일에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 고급 알코올에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥틸페닐에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,임상 화학 검사용 자동 분석 장치를 이용하여 1회의 측정으로 다른 측정 조건에서 분석을 행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,제1 공정과 제2 공정에서 측정치로서 얻어지는 흡광도의 차이를 구함으로써 혈중 저밀도 리포단백질 중의 콜레스테롤의 정량을 행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제1 공정에서 측정치로서 얻어지는 흡광도 변화량과 제2 공정에서 측정치로서 얻어지는 흡광도 변화량으로부터 총 흡광도량을 구함으로써 총 콜레스테롤의 정량을 행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법에 의해 생체 시료 중의 저밀도 리포단백질 중 콜레스테롤과 총 콜레스테롤을 동시 측정하기 위한 시약 조성물이며,제1공정에 이용되는 저밀도 리포단백질 이외의 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제, 콜레스테롤 에스테라제, 콜레스테롤 옥시다제, 퍼옥시다제, 4-아미노안티피린, 페놀계 또는 아닐린계 수소 공여체 화합물을 포함하는 제1 시약 조성물과, 제2공정에 이용되는 적어도 저밀도 리포단백질에 작용하는 계면활성제를 포함하는 제2 시약조성물로 이루어지는 시약 조성물.
