Abstract
Description
상기 티타늄 입자는 직경이 1.0 내지 3.0 mm인 구형체로 이루어지고, 골 유도인자가 공간 내부에 충진되도록 형성되는 리세스(recess)를 구비하며,
상기 리세스는 상기 티타늄 입자의 중심점을 기준으로 하는 X축, Y축, Z축에 대해 평행하게 관통되도록 형성되는 X축 홀, Y축 홀, Z축 홀로 이루어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 입자를 이용한 골 이식재를 과제 해결 수단으로 한다.
상기 티타늄 입자는 직경이 1.0 내지 3.0 mm인 구형체로 이루어지고, 골 유도인자가 공간 내부에 충진되도록 형성되는 리세스(recess)를 구비하며,
상기 리세스는 상기 티타늄 입자의 중심점을 기준으로 하는 X축, Y축, Z축에 대해 평행하게 관통되도록 형성되는 X축 홀, Y축 홀, Z축 홀로 이루어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 입자를 이용한 골 이식재에 관한 것이다.
Claims (7)
- 티타늄 입자를 뼈의 손실된 부분에 메워 골밀도를 높이고 치유시키기 위해 사용하는 골 이식재에 있어서,상기 티타늄 입자는 직경이 1.0 내지 3.0 mm인 구형체로 이루어지고, 골 유도인자가 공간 내부에 충진되도록 형성되는 리세스(recess)를 구비하며,상기 리세스는 상기 티타늄 입자의 중심점을 기준으로 하는 X축, Y축, Z축에 대해 평행하게 관통되도록 형성되는 X축 홀, Y축 홀, Z축 홀로 이루어지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 입자를 이용한 골 이식재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,콜라겐, rhBMP-2, rhBMP-5, rhBMP-6, rhBMP-7, rhBMP-16, TGF-β, IGF-1, IGF-2, 부갑상선 호르몬(PTH), 혈관생성 인자로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 하나의 재료로 이루어져 상기 티타늄 입자에 도포되는 골 유도인자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티타늄 입자를 이용한 골이식재.
