Claims (8)
- 고정부스바(A)를 고정하는 몸체(110)와; 상기 몸체(110)에 고정된 고정부스바와 접촉되게 삽입되는 삽입부스바(B)를 고정하는 클램프(120)로 구성되는 부스바 커넥터에 있어서,상기 고정부스바(A)를 고정하는 몸체(110)의 일 측에는 상기 삽입부스바(B)를 고정하는 한 쌍의 클램프(120)가 상기 몸체와 일체로 마련되고, 상기 한 쌍의 클램프 중간에는 통공(121)을 형성시켜 그 통공에 회동축(122)을 매개로 회동되며 상기 삽입부스바를 압착하는 각각의 압착단자(130)가 설치되고, 상기 각각의 압착단자(130)에는 삽입부스바(B)가 삽입되었을 때 그 삽입부스바에 압착력을 부여하는 탄성체(140)를 설치하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 클램프(120)는 삽입부스바(B)의 측면에 길이방향으로 맞닿아 밀착할 수 있도록 일자형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 압착단자(130)는 삽입부스바(B)를 압착하는 면에 요철(131)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 통공(121)이 형성된 클램프(120)에는 압착단자(130)의 회전을 제어하는 압착단자 회전 방지핀(123)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스 바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 통공(121)이 형성된 클램프(120)에는 탄성체의 위치를 제어하는 탄성체 밀림 방지핀(124)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체(140)는 양단이 각각의 압착단자(130)와 체결되어 탄성력을 발휘하는 호형의 판 스프링임을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부스바(A)의 고정은 몸체(110)를 관통하는 볼트(151)와 볼트의 끝단에 체결되는 너트(152) 및 그 너트와 볼트 끝 단부 사이에 끼워져 고정부스바(A)의 고정력을 향상시키는 스프링(153)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 압착단자(130) 상단과 클램프(120)의 후방 및 몸체(110)간에는 전도율을 높이기 위하여 후렉시블(160)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스바 커넥터.
