Claims (9)
- 청색광원;상기 청색광원의 하부에 형성되고, 청색광원에서 방출된 청색광의 스펙트럼 밴드폭을 감소시키며 굴절율이 상이한 2가지 물질층이 교대로 적층된 마이크로캐비티;상기 마이크로캐비티 하부에 형성되고, 청색광은 투과시키고 황색광은 반사시키는 광재순환필터; 및상기 광재순환필터 하부에 형성되고, 청색광원에서 방출된 청색광을 흡수하여 황색광을 방출하는 형광체;를 포함하는 백색광원.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 교대로 적층된 굴절율이 상이한 2가지 물질층은 각각 산화실리콘과 산화티타늄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마이크로캐비티는 굴절율이 상이한 2가지 물질층이 2 내지 4층으로 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광재순환필터는 소정의 굴절율을 가지는 제1박막과 상기 제1박막의 굴절율보다 높은 굴절율을 가지는 제2박막이 교대로 반복되어 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1박막은 산화실리콘으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2박막은 산화티타늄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 광재순환필터의 최상부층과 최하부층은 제1박막으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 최상부층과 최하부층은 에지 파장의 밴드 중심 파장 대비 1/8의 두께를 가지고, 최상부층과 최하부층 사이의 층은 에지 파장의 밴드 중심 파장 대비 1/4의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광재순환필터는, 형광체에서 방출된 황색광을 반사시키면서 스펙트럼의 중심을 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 백색광원.
