Abstract
Description
얻어진 실시예 1-3∼1-8의 2차 전지에 대해서도, 실시예 1-1과 마찬가지로 해서, 방전 용량, 충방전 효율 및 사이클 유지율을 각각 구하였다. 그들의 결과를 실시예 1-1 및 비교예 1-1 의 결과와 함께 표 2에 나타낸다. 또, 실시예 1-1, 1-3∼1-8 및 비교예 1-1에 대해서, 부극(41)에 점착 테이프 를 붙여서 부극집전체(41A)와 부극 활물질층(41B)을 180°반대 방향으로 인장하는 박리 시험을 행하고, 박리 강도를 조사했다. 그들 결과도 표 2에 아울러 나타낸다. 또한, 표 2에 나타낸 박리 강도는 비교예 1-1의 값을 100으로 한 상대값이다.
Claims (24)
- 입자형상의 부극 활물질과,불화 비닐리덴을 포함하는 공중합체 및 폴리 불화 비닐리덴으로 이루어지는 군 중의 적어도 l종을 함유하는 입자형상의 결착제를 포함하고,상기 입자형상의 결착제는 부극 활물질과 도전제가 결착제로 피복되는 것을 방지하기 위해 분산매에 용해되지 않고 가열에 의해 용융되고, 쿠션으로 기능하며 상기 부극 활물질의 팽창 또는 수축을 흡수하고,상기 부극 활물질과, 상기 결착제와, 이 결착제에 대한 팽윤도가 10% 이하인 분산매를 포함하는 부극 합제 슬러리를 이용해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결착제의 평균 입자 직경은 30㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 부극.

- 제15항에 있어서,상기 분산매에 적어도 상기 결착제를 분산한 후, 상기 부극 활물질을 분산한 부극 합제 슬러리를 이용해서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 결착제의 평균 입자 직경을 30㎛ 이하로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부극의 제조 방법.
