Claims (9)
- 일종의 비 공융 구조의 박벽 구리 알루미늄 파이프 용접 이음 제조 방법으로서,구리 파이프 하나와 알루미늄 파이프 하나를 각각 선택하고, 구리 파이프의 한 말단은 노이징으로 가공하며, 구리 파이프 용접 부분의 노이징 말단 내부에 금속 막대를 미리 고정하고, 상기 금속 막대는 용접 과정 중 구리 파이프를 지탱하고 구리 파이프를 냉각시키며, 구리 파이프는 이동 전극 그룹에 놓이고 고압 실린더로 구리 파이프를 고정시키며, 알루미늄 파이프는 고정 전극 그룹에 놓이고 고압 실린더로 알루미늄 파이프를 고정시키고, 고정 전극 그룹의 상응하는 위치에는 펠더가 설치되고, 펠더는 알루미늄보다 내열성이 더 높고 열전도 효율이 더 낮은 재료로 만들어지며, 펠더의 내부기공 모양은 알루미늄 파이프의 외형과 일치하고, 용접하는 동안 알루미늄 파이프의 말단이 펠더 모서리와 정렬되도록 하고, 실린더가 구리 파이프를 가진 이동 전극 그룹을 알루미늄 파이프를 향해 미는 동시에 이동 전극 그룹과 고정 전극 그룹의 회로를 전원과 연결시키며, 구리 파이프는 실린더의 작용 하에서 연속적으로 알루미늄 파이프 내부로 이동되고, 구리 파이프가 이동하는 동안, 1회 변수가 미는 압력과 용접 전류에 따라 1~2mm의 간격으로 제어됨으로써, 구리-알루미늄 용접의 온도를 조절할 수 있고, 전원을 끄고 냉각한 후 구리 파이프에서 금속 막대를 꺼내어 제거하는 비 공융 구조의 용접 이음 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,구리 파이프는 적동 파이프이고 알루미늄 파이프는 순수한 알루미늄 파이프인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,금속 막대는 적동 막대인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,펠더는 티타늄 합금인 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,금속 막대가 놓인 구리 파이프는 용접 이전에 냉각제에 담기고, 완전히 냉각한 후 용접을 위해 꺼내어지는 것이 필요한 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,이동하는 전극을 급랭 액체 질소에 넣고 급랭 공정을 거치게 하고 완전히 냉각한 후 꺼내서 용접을 시작하는 것이 필요한 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,펠더는 오목 글자로 새겨지는 것이 필요한 제조 방법.
- 구리 파이프와 알루미늄 파이프로 구성되고, 제 1 항에 따라 제조된 구리-알루미늄 얇은 벽 파이프의 비-공융 구조의 용접 이음으로서, 용접된 구리 파이프는 직선 파이프의 유향 부분과 원뿔 용접 부분을 가지며, 이의 유향 부분의 외부 지름은 알루미늄 파이프의 내부 지름보다 약간 더 작고, 화학결합이 구리 파이프의 원뿔 용접 부분과 알루미늄 파이프의 내벽 사이에 직접 형성되고 치아 형태의 원뿔 과립 결정이 형성되는 것과 같이 수행되는 비-공융 구조의 용접 이음.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,알루미늄 파이프는 볼록 글자로 새겨지는 비-공융 구조의 용접 이음.
