Claims (6)
- 알칼리 용액으로 전처리된 소각비산재 10~30 중량%와 소각바닥재 70~90 중량%로 구성되는 도시 쓰레기 소각재 10~70 중량% 및 고로슬래그 30~90 중량%의 건식 몰탈 분말 100 중량부에 대해서, 규산소다 50~100 중량부가 첨가되는 슬러리상의 혼합물을 진동 성형한 다음, 25~80℃의 온도범위로 양생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도시 쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 전처리용 알칼리 용액은 NaOH 또는 KOH의 1~2M 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 도시 쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고로슬래그는 6,000cm2/g 의 분말도로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도시 쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양생은 25~80℃의 온도범위로 4~48시간 후 탈형시켜 자연 7일 재령하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도시쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형 체의 제조 방법.
- 도시 쓰레기 소각재 10~70중량% 및 고로슬래그 30~90중량%의 건식 몰탈 분말 100중량부에 대하여, 규산소다 50~100중량부가 첨가되었으며, 재령 7일의 압축강도가 20.0MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도시 쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 성형체는 CaCO3, C-S-H 상, 지오폴리머 매트릭스(알루미노실리케이트 겔)이 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 도시 쓰레기 소각재를 이용한 성형체.
