Abstract
Description
전원 공급에 의해 초음파 진동을 발생하는 압전세라믹을 적어도 두개 이상 적층 형성한 진동발생부와, 상기 진동발생부에 의해 발생되는 진동을 증폭시키는 부스타와, 상기 부스타에 의해 증폭된 진동으로 작동하는 헤드부로 구성하되, 상기 헤드부에는 선단면에 다수의 미세침을 돌출되게 고정 설치하여 미세침이 진동으로 피부층에 침투하면서 자극하도록 한 것에 있어서,
상기 헤드부의 선단면으로 가장자리 테두리에 단턱을 형성하도록 내부에 요홈을 가공한 후, 상기 요홈에 다수의 미세침을 세워 용접이나 수지경화로 하단부분을 접착하여 상호 고정 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 헤드부 선단면의 외주면을 따라 전방으로 돌출되어 내부에 요홈을 형성하도록 밴드를 결합한 후, 상기 밴드에 의해 형성된 내부의 요홈에 다수의 미세침을 세워 용접이나 수지경화로 하단부분을 접착하고 밴드를 분리하여 상호 고정 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Claims (5)
- 전원 공급에 의해 초음파 진동을 발생하는 압전세라믹을 적어도 두개 이상 적층 형성한 진동발생부(10)와, 상기 진동발생부에 의해 발생되는 진동을 증폭시키는 부스타(20)와, 상기 부스타에 의해 증폭된 진동으로 작동하는 헤드부(30)로 구성하되, 상기 헤드부(30)에는 선단면에 다수의 미세침(50)을 돌출되게 고정 설치하여 미세침이 진동으로 피부층에 침투하면서 자극하도록 한 것에 있어서,상기 헤드부(30)의 선단면으로 가장자리 테두리에 단턱을 형성하도록 내부에 요홈(35)을 가공한 후, 상기 요홈(35)에 다수의 미세침(50)을 세워 용접이나 수지경화로 하단부분을 접착하여 상호 고정 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세침을 이용한 초음파 진동식 피부자극의 미세침 접착 제조방법.
