Claims (5)
- 전원전압라인 및 데이터라인과;상기 전원전압라인과 각각의 소스전극이 연결된 제1 및 제2구동 트랜지스터와;상기 제2구동 트랜지스터의 드레인전극에 연결된 유기전계발광 다이오드와;상기 데이터라인에 소스전극이 연결된 제1스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터 및 상기 제1구동 트랜지스터의 각각의 드레인전극에 소스전극이 연결되고, 상기 제1구동 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 드레인전극이 연결되는 제2스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 제2스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인전극 및 상기 제1구동 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 소스전극이 연결되고, 상기 제2구동 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 드레인전극이 연결되는 제3스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 전원전압라인과 상기 제3스위칭 트랜지스터의 드레인전극 사이에 구성되는 저장커패시터와;상기 제1스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 연결되는 제1스캔라인과;상기 제2 및 제3스위칭 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 연결되는 제2스캔라인을 포함하는 화소구조를 가지는 유기전계발광 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2구동 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2, 제3스위칭 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2스위칭트랜지스터의 응답출력은 상기 제1구동 트랜지스터의 게이트전극으로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제3스위칭 트랜지스터의 응답출력은 상기 제2구동 트랜지스터의 게이트전극으로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 디스플레이 장치
