Claims (13)
- 두개 이상의 초전도성 도체 소자를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 층이 감겨있는 반송 소자를 포함하되 상기 각 층의 개별 초전도성 도체 소자는 서로 인접하게 배열되고 상기 초전도성 도체 소자는 희토류 구리산바륨을 포함하는 초전도성 물질로 코팅된 테이프-형 기판을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 희토류 구리산바륨의 희토 성분이 이트륨이거나 이트륨을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 희토류 구리산바륨이 Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Zn, Cd, Sc, Zr, Hf, Pt, Pd, Os, Ir, Ru, Ag, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Ti, S 및 F 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 희토류 구리산바륨을 포함하는 층이 이축성 배향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 도체 소자를 위해 사용되는 상기 기판이 초전도성 물질을 포함하는 층의 직조(texturing)에 매치되는 격자를 갖지 않는 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 케이블 도체가 초전도성 도체 소자를 포함하는 4개 내지 6개의 층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 전기 절연층이 초전도성 도체 소자를 포함하는 두 층 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 절연층이 반송 소자와 초전도성 도체 소자를 포함하는 최내(innermost) 층 사이에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반송 소자가 중공형(hollow)인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반송 소자가 솔리드형(solid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 반송 소자가 전도성 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 반송 소자가 환형 골 또는 나사형 골을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 반송 소자가 환형 골 또는 나사형 골을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 초전도성 케이블 도체.
