- 하부 구조물;상기 하부 구조물 상으로부터 수직 방향으로 정렬되어 형성된 전도성 물질; 및상기 전도성 물질에 부착되어 타겟 바이오 분자와 결합하는 프로브 바이오 분자;를 포함하고,상기 하부 구조물은, 기판, 상기 기판의 양측부에 형성된 제1 불순물 영역 및 제2 불순물 영역 그리고 상기 제1 불순물 영역 및 상기 제2 불순물 영역과 접촉되어 상기 기판 상에 형성된 게이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전도성 물질은 탄소 나노튜브 또는 봉형상의 금속 전도성 물질인 나노 와이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부 구조물에는 하나 이상의 홀이 형성되며, 상기 전도성 물질은 상기 홀로부터 수직 또는 특정 각도 방향으로 정렬되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 타겟 바이오 분자는 상기 프로브 바이오 분자와 결합할 수 있는 핵산, 단백질 또는 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 칩.

- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 프로브 바이오 분자 또는 상기 전도성 물질에 레이저 빔을 조사하는 레이저 발생기; 및상기 조사된 레이저 빔에 의해 상기 프로브 바이오 분자 또는 상기 전도성 물질에서 방출되는 광신호를 측정하여 상기 프로브 바이오 분자와 상기 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부를 검출하는 디텍터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 레이저 발생기에서 조사된 레이저 빔에 의해 상기 프로브 바이오 분자 또는 상기 전도성 물질에서 발생하는 전기 신호를 측정하여 상기 프로브 바이오 분자와 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부를 검출하는 전기 신호검출기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 바이오 칩 하부에 레이저 빔을 조사하는 레이저 발생기; 및상기 조사된 레이저 빔의 조사에 의해 상기 바이오 칩 하부에서 방출되는 광신호를 측정하여 상기 프로브 바이오 분자와 상기 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부를 검출하는 디텍터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.

- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 바이오 칩 상하부에 전자기장을 발생시키는 전자기장 발생기; 및상기 전자기장 발생기에 의해 발생된 전자기장에 따라 상기 전도성 물질 또는 상기 프로브 바이오 분자에서 발생된 전기 신호를 측정하여 상기 프로브 바이오 분자에 상기 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부를 검출하는 전기 신호 검출기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 하부 구조물은,압전 기판;상기 압전 기판 일측부에 형성되어 신호를 입력하는 신호 입력부; 및상기 압전 기판의 타측부에 형성되어 상기 프로브 바이오 분자에 상기 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부에 따른 신호의 변화를 감지하는 신호 출력부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 하부 구조물은 홀로그램 물질을 포함하여,상기 바이오 칩에 물체광과 참조광을 조사하는 광 조사부; 및상기 프로브 바이오 분자에 타겟 바이오 분자의 부착 여부에 따른 전기 신호의 변화를 감지하는 전기 신호 검출부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바이오 분자 검출 장치.
