Claims (12)
- 하기 화학식의 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두를 포함하는 해수-불용성 중합체로서,상기 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두는 중합체 골격에 결합되며;상기 중합체 골격은 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 탄소환형 또는 헤테로환형 (메트)아실레이트 에스테르; 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 탄소환형 또는 헤테로환형 (메트)아실아미드; 및 비닐계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 불포화 단량체의 중합화에 의해 유도되고;상기 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두는 6개 내지 50개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 지방족, 방향족 또는 알카릴 탄화수소 기를 갖는 산의 음이온성 잔기로 구성되는 짝이온(counter-ion)에 의해 중화되며;상기 짝이온은 상기 산으로부터 유도된 카르복실레이트기를 포함하고;상기 짝이온은 해수 중에 가용성인 중합체 골격을 남기기 위해 해수 종에 의해 가수분해, 해리 또는 대체될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체:(화학식)(상기 화학식에서,Y는 O 또는 NH이며;Z는 N 또는 P이고;R2는 C2 또는 C3-C12 2가 탄화수소 기이며;R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고;R5는 C1-C5 알킬 기임)
- 중합체 골격에 결합된 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두를 포함하며, 해수 중에 가용성인 중합체 골격을 남기기 위해 해수 종에 의해 가수분해, 해리 또는 대체될 수 있는 짝이온을 포함하는 해수-불용성 중합체의 제조 방법으로서,- 하기 화학식 Ⅰ의 아민-관능성 또는 포스핀-관능성 단량체를 4차화하는 단계;(화학식 Ⅰ)(상기 화학식 Ⅰ에서,Y는 O 또는 NH이며;Z는 N 또는 P이고;R1은 수소 원자 또는 C1-C4 알킬기이며;R2는 C2 또는 C3-C12 알킬기이며; 및R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 C1-C6 알킬기 또는 페닐기를 나타냄)- 6개 이상의 탄소 원자들을 포함하는 지방족, 방향족 또는 알카릴 탄화수소 기를 갖는 산으로부터 유도된 카르복실레이트기에 의해 4차화 암모늄 또는 포스포늄 단량체의 짝이온을 치환하는 단계;- 1 종류 이상의 산-캡핑된(acid-capped) 4차 암모늄 단량체, 1 종류 이상의 산-캡핑된 4차 포스포늄-관능성 단량체, 또는 1 종류 이상의 산-캡핑된 4차 암모늄 단량체와 1 종류 이상의 산-캡핑된 4차 포스포늄-관능성 단량체 모두를 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.

- 하기 화학식의 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두를 포함하는 결합제 중합체 및 해양 살생물성을 갖는 성분을 포함하는 코팅 조성물로서,상기 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두는 중합체 골격에 결합되며;상기 중합체 골격은 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 탄소환형 또는 헤테로환형 (메트)아실레이트 에스테르; 알킬, 알콕시알킬, 탄소환형 또는 헤테로환형 (메트)아실아미드; 및 비닐계 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 불포화 단량체의 중합화에 의해 유도되고;상기 4차 암모늄 기, 4차 포스포늄 기, 또는 4차 암모늄 기와 4차 포스포늄 기 모두는 6개 내지 50개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 지방족, 방향족 또는 알카릴 탄화수소 기를 갖는 산의 음이온성 잔기로 구성되는 짝이온에 의해 중화되며;상기 짝이온은 상기 산으로부터 유도된 카르복실레이트기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오염 방지 코팅 조성물:(화학식)(상기 화학식에서,Y는 O 또는 NH이며;Z는 N 또는 P이고;R2는 C2 또는 C3-C12 2가 탄화수소 기이며;R3 및 R4는 독립적으로 C1-C6 알킬기를 나타내고; 및R5는 C1-C5 알킬 기임)
- 제 4 항에 있어서,짝이온은 6개 내지 50개의 탄소 원자들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,코팅 조성물은 로진(rosin) 물질을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,코팅 조성물은 20:80 내지 95:5의 중량비율의 로진 물질과 보조적 필름 형성 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 결합제를 가지며,상기 보조적 필름 형성 수지는 20 중량% ~ 100 중량%의 4차 암모늄-관능성, 4차 포스포늄-관능성, 또는 4차 암모늄-관능성 및 4차 포스포늄-관능성 필름 형성 중합체(A)[4차화기는 해수 종(seawater species)에 의해 가수분해, 해리 또는 대체될 수 있는 기들에 의해 블로킹(blocking)되어 해수 중에 가용성인 중합체를 남기며, 블로킹 기는 6개 이상의 탄소 원자들을 포함하는 지방족, 방향족 또는 알카릴 탄화수소 기를 갖는 산의 음이온성 잔기임] 및 80 중량% 이하의 비(非)-가수분해 수-불용성(水-不溶性) 필름 형성 중합체(B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 결합제는 55:45 내지 80:20의 중량비의 로진 물질과 보조적 필름 형성 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 보조적 필름 형성 수지는 해수 중에 가용성인 중합체로 가수분해 또는 해리할 수 있는 30 중량% ~ 90 중량%의 필름 형성 중합체(A) 및 70 중량% ~ 10 중량%의 비-가수분해 수-불용성 필름 형성 중합체(B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 비-가수분해 수-불용성 필름 형성 중합체(B)는 아크릴레이트 에스테르 중합체 또는 비닐 에테르 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 결합제 중합체는 총 결합제 중합체를 기준으로 50 중량% 이하로 존재하는 비-중합성 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,선체(boat hulls), 부이(buoys), 시추 플랫폼(drilling platform), 석유 제조 리그(oil production rig) 및 파이프와 같이 물 속에 잠기는 인조 구조체를 보호하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 조성물.
