Claims (11)
- 활성탄; 및상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부;를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 카본 에어로젤의 직경비는 0.4 내지 0.8인 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터용 전극.
- 삭제
- 활성탄;상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부; 및 케젠 블랙 5 내지 25 중량부;를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 케젠 블랙의 직경비는 0.1 내지 0.6 인 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터용 전극.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,폴리머 바인더를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터용 전극.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 폴리머 바인더는 카르복시메틸 셀룰로스, 스티렌부타디엔고무 및 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 커패시터용 전극.
- 활성탄 및 카본 에어로젤을 포함하는 활물질 10 내지 30 중량부, 폴리머 바인더 1 내지 5 중량부, 및 용매 60 내지 80 중량부를 혼합하되, 상기 활물질은 상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 카본 에어로젤의 직경비는 0.4 내지 0.8인 혼합물을 마련하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 금속 호일에 도포 및 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 활성탄, 카본 에어로젤 및 케젠 블랙을 포함하는 활물질 10 내지 30 중량부, 폴리머 바인더 1 내지 5 중량부, 및 용매 60 내지 80 중량부를 혼합하되, 상기 활물질은 상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부 및 상기 케젠 블랙 5 내지 25 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 케젠 블랙의 직경비는 0.1 내지 0.6인 혼합물을 마련하는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 금속 호일에 도포 및 건조하는 단계;를 포함하는 커패시터용 전극의 제조방법.
- 활성탄 및 상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 카본 에어로젤의 직경비는 0.4 내지 0.8인 제1 및 제2 전극;상기 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 형성된 이온 투과성 분리막; 및상기 제1 및 제2 전극층에 함침된 전해액;을 포함하는 전기 이중층 커패시터.
- 활성탄 및 상기 활성탄 100 중량부에 대하여 카본 에어로젤 25 내지 75 중량부 및 케젠 블랙 5 내지 25를 포함하고, 상기 활성탄에 대한 상기 케젠 블랙의 직경비는 0.1 내지 0.6인 제1 및 제2 전극;상기 제1 및 제2 전극 사이에 형성된 이온 투과성 분리막; 및상기 제1 및 제2 전극층에 함침된 전해액;을 포함하는 전기 이중층 커패시터.
