Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 귀금속을 담지한 알루미나 입자 및 제올라이트 입자를 함유하고, 또한 양 입자의 합계 중량 합에 대한 제올라이트 입자의 중량 비율이 1wt%∼70wt% 의 범위에 있는, 유기 화합물 및 규소 화합물을 함유하는 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 규소 화합물이 유기 규소 화합물인 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 규소 화합물이 유기 실리콘인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,바인더를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트 입자가 귀금속을 담지한 제올라이트 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 귀금속이 Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir, Ru, 이들의 합금, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트의 산량이 0.4∼1.5m㏖NH3/g 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제올라이트 중에 함유되는 알칼리 금속을 산화물로 환산한 양 및 알칼리 토금속을 산화물로 환산한 양의 합이 제올라이트의 총량에 대해 5wt% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 촉매 지지체; 및상기 촉매 지지체 상에 형성된, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 촉매 조성물을 함유하는 촉매층을 포함하는 촉매.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 촉매층의 평균 두께가 10∼500㎛ 의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
- 유기 화합물 및 규소 화합물을 함유하는 배기가스를 제 9 항에 기재된 상기 촉매와 200∼500℃의 온도에서 접촉하여 반응시키는 공정을 포함하는 배기가스 정화 방법.
- 귀금속을 담지한 알루미나 입자 및 제올라이트 입자를 함유하는 슬러리를 제작하고;그 슬러리를 지지체에 도포하여, 건조시키는 공정을 포함하는 유기 화합물 및 규소 화합물을 함유하는 배기가스를 정화하기 위한 촉매의 제조 방법.
