Description
第1実施形態:支持体として、ステンレス製のメタルハニカム(φ52mm×L58mm、容量0.123L、セル密度260cpsi)を用いた。この支持体を、アルミナ150gが分散するゾル溶液500mLに浸漬し、乾燥及び焼成して無機酸化物担体層を形成した。そして、担体層に硝酸白金溶液(濃度:0.05wt%)500mL(白金質量0.25g)を吸水させ、乾燥後熱処理を行い、白金を担持して触媒層を形成した。このときの白金担持量は、2g/Lとしている。また、無機酸化物担体は、80g/Lとしている。
・試験ガス:CO(2000ppm)+H2O(5%)(空気バランス)
・SV:30,000h−1
・SV(空間速度:触媒容積当たりの通過ガス量):30,000h−1
・触媒入口温度:250℃
・劣化時間:66時間
・試験ガス:CO(2000ppm)+O2(約10%)(加湿空気バランス)
・SV:30,000h−1
Claims (4)
- 支持体と、前記支持体上に形成され、無機酸化物担体に貴金属を担持してなる触媒層とを有する、ケイ素化合物を含む排ガスを浄化処理するための排ガス浄化触媒において、
前記触媒層上にジルコニア及びチタニアの少なくとも一方よりなるオーバーコート層を備え、
前記オーバーコート層の厚さが、13〜70μmであることを特徴とした排ガス浄化触媒。 - 触媒層の貴金属は、白金、パラジウム、ロジウム、ルテニウム、イリジウムのいずれかよりなる請求項1に記載の排ガス浄化触媒。
- 前記触媒層の前記無機酸化物が、アルミナ、セリア、ジルコニア、チタニアの単体、混合物もしくは複合酸化物からなる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の排ガス浄化触媒。
- ケイ素化合物を含む排ガスを浄化処理するための排ガス浄化方法において、
反応温度を25℃〜700℃として、前記排ガスを請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス浄化触媒に接触させることを特徴とする排ガス浄化方法。
